Lloyd was prompted on time at my house. He explained everything he was going to do he was super nice. He showed me the stuff that needed to be done if the problem persisted in the future and helped me understand the process. He was very respectful of the property and extremely nice very talkative and was well informed about what was going on. Because of his expertise I look forward to future business with Airco!
Heater failed to cycle properly to keep the set point constant. Our tech while inspecting and diagnosing the issue, was able to determine the gas control valve was faulty. He had it fixed in a short period on time.
Service Tech Lloyd responded and was very helpful and kind. He walked through the leak detection process step by step and determined the leak was coming from the gas supply line. Perhaps a pin hole. This was not Lloyd’s fault because he didn’t have that piece of equipment but it would be nice if they supplied their techs with a leak detection sniffer/finder that could verify this was for sure the issue.
