Michael (the Technician) was absolutely a very professional and informative tech. He showed up on time, was very humble and explained everything in layman’s terms to me. I am very impressed by his knowledge and his patience with the customer (me). Thank you so much for everything! Be safe out there.

Techs were on time, very knowledgeable. Determine that the unit was improperly programmed by a previous vendor. The unit had not worked properly for years. A replacement thermostat was installed due to old thermostat not fully functioning. Very pleased with the service and price which was very reasonable.

I totally TRUST RAY the technician who worked on my AC/Heat unit!! Honest, trustworthy, kind and most important professional politeness!!! He is of high integrity, respect and over all caring about his work ethics!! Amazing work!

Best customer service!!! I put in an AHS service request late and Amber still called me that evening to ensure I was on the books for the next day. She called when tech was on his way, thank you so much Amber for such great service. The tech went above and beyond to ensure our AC was in perfect condition before leaving. Very professional and knowledgeable. I won’t use another company in town now.

Philip came and did maintenance on our furnace and he was efficient, thorough, and very friendly. Looking forward to working with the company again.

Our tech finished a job earlier than expected. The company contacted us to see if it would be alright to come before the scheduled time and even included a picture of our tech Dustin. He was professional,patient,polite, asked about mask preference, and shoe coverings. Dustin repaired our unit and even provided a proactive solution for what would later become a nuisance.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house were very professional. I appreciated them explaining my unit and issue to me. Great guys! I will definitely call them again in the future.
