Very few companies "get it"; however, AllTech is one of the. Haas and his team were incredible. After getting 3 quotes, they not only provide the best value, but they also provided AMAZING customer service. They did everything from making sure I understood what they were doing to sweeping/vacuuming up their area when they finished. They even registered the units for warranty. It's been one week since I had two brand dew AC/Heating units installed and I could not be happier. For those of your skeptical about reviews, I am one of those that only writes a review when I see something extremely bad or extremely great! Haas and the AllTech Team were GREAT!

Ray was very helpful and thorough. He spent maybe close to an hour to attempt repair my compressor.

I didn't like that technician didn't want to quote me without an adult on the premesis but that's understandable. The service call is better than the competition with an online coupon applied from their site, sponsored link from google. Technician was early to appointment and receptionist coordinated all the pay and email receipt remotely. A/C Repair was done and offered with option to use parts I already had for cost efficiency. I'm happy to know the home will have cold air for years now.

Dustin showed up, asked me what was going on, and got right to work. Took him all of two minutes to figure out what the problem was and when he realized he didn’t have the correct part, he ran and got it and was back inside of 10 minutes. Working in 100 degree weather and in direct sunlight, he stripped my ac unit down and replaced two items that were bad and put everything back together quickly. He was professional, courteous, on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I truly hope his boss sees this review and gives that man a raise! Inside, my home was 90 degrees! I’m happy to report my thermostat is working its way back down to 72. I’d recommend AllTech to anyone who asks and will definitely be using them again should anything else go awry.

Michael Carney did amazing work and great customer service. Had other companies come out and could not find the source of the problem. He found it and fixed it and got my AC working again. Definitely would recommend.
