At first the technician Kevin was later than I was told he would be there. When he arrived he immediately started the repairs and continued to work in the cold and rain. Kevin was professional and a hard worker. Great job all around.

I used All Tech to help prepare my heating and air system for the winter, Nick was my technician. Nick introduced himself, and throughout his service he was very professional the fact that Nick wanted to sit down with me and discuss his finding impressed me, most technician would just handed me my completed work sheet and my receipt and said good bye. I will always use All Tech, and spread their name to others because of Nick and his professionalism.

The technicians Adam and Philip were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They cleaned up before they left. We learned a lot from them about filters and the return vents. We were very pleased with them and their work. Thank you for your service. Jim and Kathy Coombs.

Damian Burges was very nice and professional. He also helped with an issue that I had asked several other techs about and also found a potential problem and fixed it the same day. Great job!!

Just had my A/C serviced on the hottest day in OKC by Sherman and Bruce. They were right on time, very professional, informative and personable. On the hottest day of the year, they took their time and carefully checked everything. They explained what they did and showed me how to properly clean the outside unit with the hose. I don't write reviews often but I felt these guys truly deserved to be recognized for their professionalism. I highly recommend AllTech to anybody that needs service done to their A/C or HVAC system. And most of all, the value was very reasonable.

These guys show the utmost respect to their customers. I am so glad to have called them for my heater. They came the same day and fixed it!

Adam Freeman: Thank you for your prompt, EFFICIENT, and excellent service to our home's A/C unit on 8/25. I was not personally there to speak with you but my brother was especially pleased with your services and how you conducted yourself in our home-including my dog Ace! The unit has not run properly all summer long even when it wasn't as hot as the norm. But now we finally have some relief! The only reason for 4 stars and not five is because this is our third service through Home Shield insurance to figure out what the problem is with no resolve other than "you need a bigger unit". Which yes we do but why was it not doing the job it once did if there was no other problem than that? So, THANK YOU ADAM FREEMAN for doing your job so thoroughly!

Very nice people! The owner is very pleasant and professional! They definitely care about their customers! They walked me through what they were doing and showed me how I could check it myself to save money. They were on time and notified me when they were on their way. When you call then you don’t get an automated system, you get a real person that answers the phone. I would 1000% recommend them!

Amy went above and beyond. I had a warranty coverage that I didn’t even know about and she saved me $450 dollars
