AllTech Heat & Air Conditioning

We called this company after our heater went out durning the coldest part of this year. Lawton got snow and ice and it was below freezing for several days. Even though they were not able to repair our heat, they were out at my house in under an hour. They explained that we will need a whole new unit. The next day the guy came out and talk us through how much it would cost and even help with the financing the new unit. AllTech is very dependable and Matthew the tech that came out was very professional and took the time to explain. He came out a week later because we were having issue with it leaking through our ceiling. He was out in 30 minutes explained the issue and had some one out the next day to fix the issue. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!! Will be using them every time.

Although he was a little late due to a previous appointment taking longer than anticipated, Michael, our technician, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our issues and we hope to be up and running once the replacement parts arrive in the mail.

Just had a new HVAC unit put in last week. AllTech has been awesome. They came out and got the job done in just short of 5 hours. Everyone I have met with the company has been completely professional. And Josh, coming out and figuring out the issue was just a sensor... You are a lifesaver. 5 out of 5, easy.

They came 2 hours early which was appreciated sine the air conditioning was out. Very easy repair and done quickly. Love using this company.

Dont waste your time with these people. I've been waiting over 3 weeks in 100° weather with no AC. My home insurance called these guys to come out, they tried to upsell me & instead of listing the AC as broken they went the cheaper route & order parts they dont have. Why hire someone that cant do the ONE JOB they advertise.

AllTech Air Conditioning has always been an excellent business, which has been used at our home. Through our service contract with American Home Shield, AllTech Air Conditioning, LLC has been contracted to our home numerous times, to service our aging HVAC system. Each time they visit, they greet us with professionalism, an attentive ear, an are always very friendly, and respectful.

They target the problem, rectify the issue, and explain both the causation, as well as derived solution with us. This is an excellent company, and I am pleased to have an opportunity to convey my positive experience within this venue.

The customer service rep Tanya was very nice and willing to help me . She even got me to sign up for the their maintenance program also. The tech Zack did an awesome job and was very professional.

Today Terry&Job installed the new AC unit. Did excellent job; prompt; professional; proficient. Also Josh with the sale of the unit and techs Nick and Dave the lead tech were all consummate professional. They all represent All tech very well.

(Update) Had to take away 2stars. The administrative portion when follow up work has to be done is slow like molasses even when I push AHS to get approval... I find out they are still waiting for request.

Alltech installed our new unit and from the first week we’ve had issues. From water damage in the attic and the heating system not fully installed. They have since fixed all issues with our system. Thank you for making it right.

Incredibly professional and friendly. First tine using this business. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
