Nick was very informative with everything about my AC and heating unit. He suggested several thing to make the replacement worth my time and money. He drew in personal experience to let me know the best course of action, I feel much better about my heating and cooling unit. All tech heating and air conditioning has great employees and everyone that has come out has been extremely helpful with putting my mind at ease.

In October, five All-Tech technicians repaired, replaced, and/or serviced systems in my home. Each showed the utmost concern and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Adam was superb today. He thoroughly explained the process of cleaning the ducts and the sanitizing process. I was shown before pics and ones taken after completion in each room. I had more questions for him than any tech so far and yet, he painstakingly and patiently, with many details, ensured that he answered each one.
Terry did an amazing job installing my new heat pump. He communicated all I needed to know throughout the arduous task and was very pleasant.
Trevor did a fantastic job installing the condenser and had a wonderful personality.
Phillip was so informative. Some of the things he shared were deciding factors in my decision because he ensured that I understood.
Ashley did a magnificent job articulating the available plans and helped me find the best fit for my household.

Shannon of All Tech provided the most straight forward and genuine service I have ever received over the years for my trusty old attention seeking A/C . He was knowledgeable and thorough starting from scheduling all the way to my sincere thank you for cold that now flows. It was a true pleasure to be a satisfied customer that day and both Shannon and AllTech will be recommended by me to anyone needing service. Thanks again!

P.S. After reflecting just now, I’m going to call and have that surge protector he recommend installed. He said that would likely help keep my A/C from frying out so frequently.

I recently had the pleasure of using AllTech Heat & Air Conditioning for a repair on my air conditioning unit, and I have to say that the service technician, Ben, did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived on time, I could tell that the communication between Ben and the company was great, as he already knew exactly what the problem was. He asked a few questions to confirm his diagnosis and was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time.

What I appreciated most about Ben's service was that he went above and beyond by providing me with additional information about air conditioning filters and air purification devices. He took the time to explain what to look for when buying filters and even went out of his way to look up information on air purifiers for me.

Overall, I would highly recommend AllTech Heat & Air Conditioning and specifically Ben as a service technician. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile to educate me on my AC unit was truly exceptional. I have already signed up for their Spring/Summer Air Conditioning Maintenance and will definitely be using them again in the future. Shannon did a great job. He explained the problem and the options for solving it very well. He was friendly and polite. I would be glad to see him assigned to any repairs I need in the future.

Josh and Sonny were totally awesome!! Josh came to my door and greeted me like we were old friends. He and Sonny explained and demonstrated everything step by step. They were very professional and personable. I want to ask for them on my future heat and air needs. Right now, I am so cool (pun intended)!!!

Sunny, our technician, came out today to look at our A/C because it was not cooling properly and kept freezing up. He was great at keeping us informed the entire process and was very knowledgeable and informative during his visit. Our son, 1 year old, was curious about what he was doing and he was so good with him too, talking to him and such. Even though the problem couldn't be resolved at this moment, he walked us through the next steps of what they will do to resolve the issue.

I have left a bad review on here before as I had a bad experience with the company. However that is who my home warranty sent this last time and I could not change it. I will say Josh and Sonny redeemed the company in my opinion. They were very honest and did not mind me standing over them while they worked (as I did not trust the organization.) To say the least I will say that it was possibly the techs they sent out over the policies. Josh was able to diagnose the issue right away and had my system back up quickly and efferently. He did a few additional diagnostics to make sure the system was in good working order and was a positive experience.

From consult to installation, we were highly impressed with everyone at AllTech. We received urgent and friendly care throughout the entire process. We’re thankful for this crew for taking care of us before the summer heat came.
