AllTech Heat & Air Conditioning

This company has been amazing from day one. We had a home warranty where they were the preferred contractors and I can see why. They were open and honest about what we need versus what we wanted with the price point we had. We got more service they we ever thought going into the agreement. We bought a home with and AC theat finally quick and what we have now is amazing. They replaced furnace and AC, UV light filter (pollen), over flow shut off, wifi thermostat, overflow protector, Surge protector, Duct cleaning, new flue, installation laid and one hell of a warranty.

Terry and Anthony installed a heat pump unit outside and an air movement unit inside. Very professional. Left the work sites clean and kept me informed of progress as they went along. Company saved me several rebates in the financing aspects. Everyone was professional and answered my questions without hesitation.

They were on time, very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. Came back same day when another issue arose even though it was after hours. I would give them a 10 if I could. I also joined their club and will continue to use them for all my heat and air needs.

AllTech scheduled a service and arrived within 2 days. They informed us when the tech was on the way. Our tech assessed the issue and made the needed repair within minutes. He then took care to rinse the unit clean of debris.

In my opinion AllTech is 10's across the board. I had my coplete AC/Heating system replaced today. From the start, the office personal were professional, not on hold all day, very informative. The sales staff that came to my home, very knowledgeable, professional, not pushy answered all my questions. The Techs that came today, on time, very professional and friendly. Answered all my silly questions. Both 10+ in my book even gave my dogs treats. Good vaĺue, Veterans discount, could not be happier at this point. Maybe you can find a cheaper price, beats me, i dont believe in my experience you will find better service anywhere. Not unhappy with the price.

I have always been of the mindset of, "if it isn't broke, don't mess with it". Our 70-year-old Furnace heated its last time on 3/22/22.

We put a call into a couple heat & air company's and chose All Tech and requested a tec & a salesperson to come out expecting it would be a day or two but, before the receptionist got off the phone she had a tech & sales rep available that morning took our information and within a couple of hours both were onsight.

It was very apparent after talking to the tech our old Big Green Crane was done and was more of a hazard than a functioning furnace. The sales rep conferred with the 1st Tech and a 2nd that showed up to assist. We came to an agreement and the following Monday installers showed up and got to work.

From start to finish our experience with the folks at All Tech was a very positive one. I can not remember everyone's name but the receptionist, sales & service & install techs made it a very positive experience.

Note: the installation was not the easiest. Retrofitting has its in's & out's, but our installers Anthony, Jobe & Damian, and a fourth gentleman whose name escapes me right now, even though things outside of their control "supply's mostly" and harsh work conditions (our crawl space in attic should be called a squezz space) all of them stuck with it and worked through all the issues that came up. It was a 13 hour day for those gentlemen.

Also needs to be noted: The price I paid was the price I was quoted no add on's even though unforeseen obstacles occurred.
But these folks are an honest, dedicated hard-working crew with integrity.

Now the day after as I reflect on this experience can with all honesty state will recommend this company to any and all who seek a service or installation because the folks at All Tech get it. High-quality people providing suppirrior customer service, real professional from the word go, knowledgeable staff of products and services all with excellent communication they definitely understand the tried and true value and meaning of customer comes first.

Again special shout out to our installers Anthony, Jobe, Damien, and the 4th gentleman whose name I have forgotten. Thank you for your professionalism and especially your patience with my overly talkative and inquisitive grandson, it should be noted he added y'all to his prayers that night.

Phillip was on time and courteous. Liked the service offered and he explained things well. A good deal on the maintenance contract too!

My warranty company sent these people out to my home and they refuse to address my concerns and it been 2 weeks and my air conditioner is still not fixed. They have an attitude whenever i address my concerns or ask any questions about my unit. I spoke with my warranty company and they did not send the diagnosis to my warranty company. Also for the past 4 years hey have been replacing my compressor and i have gotten tired of replacing compressors and buying refrigerant. with this company. Alot of things is not right with this company. I wish i didnt have to use them.

Kevin came and cleaned and maintenanced my heat system. He was very thorough. He gave me options for possible issues and was very professional.

The install techs were amazing would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or service their systems
