Around 8 years ago we had bought a new air conditioner and ductwork system. It was in the contract that new ductwork would be placed in our attic. When we found out a couple weeks ago after trying to have a duct cleaning, that they were not replaced,
We were very concerned about the issue. After calling the new owners, and explaining the situation, they replaced the ductwork that should have been done with our initial contract that apparently was not.
We were very thankful that even though the new owners understood that the contract was with the previous owners, the new owners honored our warranty and replaced our ducts. We don't usually give positive or negative feedback .We are very thankful that we can say that Gordon has stepped up and took care of us beyond whatever could have been expected. Good for them. We thank them.
Nice but dishonest and incompetent. Chris routinely doesn't show up when he says he will. He does very substandard work. Repeatedly does not keep his word. Would give -10 stars if possible.
Chris and Jaime were on time, knew what the problem was when they saw my water heater. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. The longest part of their visit was having to go get the part needed. The price was very reasonable. I now have a plumber.
I don’t recommend this business to anyone. We have had continuous problems with a plumber coming out and “fixing” the issue but only to create another issue.
First day we had a plumber come out because the cold water wasn’t running, only hot water came out. The plumber fixed the WRONG part and charged us $159 for the service and part but claimed he couldn’t fix the problem. He suggested that he would need to research how to fit it but “don’t have time for that”. We called and the owner came out to apologize. He worked on problem and replaced the wrong part with the correct part. He then wanted to charge us for the correct part when we already paid for here incorrect part. He left and we discovered a leak, a constant drip from the faucet. We called for him to come out again to fix the leak but said he wasn’t leaking. He left and we called again. Came out to be shown the leak and he said he couldn’t fix it. But tried. Came out again today and “fixed it” but it’s still dropping. That totals 5 visits for one issue that has lead to dripping when they attempted to fix the cold water issue. We now have to pay for the water bill that will be high from this issue. We don’t recommend this business because of the issues and continuously being told there’s no drip when there clearly was. This has been a waste of time and money for our family. Very disappointed that we weren’t refunded for everything.
I would not recommend this company. After expecting them at 2 on Thurs, calling at 3:15, I was told the current job was taking longer, but I was next. He showed at 4:45, said he didn't have time and would be back 1st thing Fri. I called on Fri, was told around 10. I called at 10:20, was told once again the current job was taking longer. Then was supposed to be "sometime" after lunch. I lost confidence, since all jobs seem to take a lot longer than they planned.
Got an estimate from pippin brothers for a possible water leak. They quoted upwards of $3000 and couldn't even pinpoint the issue so it was misdiagnosed. I called Gordon plumbing, needless to say they were out and gone within about an hour and a half and instead of it being a water leak it was the ac unit! Needless to say I'm very pleased with Gordon's and will do future business with them. Thank you for everything!!!
These company was great!!! From time of call to work finished was about 2 hours. Most of that was waiting for the call to say a technician was on his way. The Technician that came was extrememly professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnos the issue and fix the problem within 45 minutes which allowed me to spend minimal time away from work. I would not use anyone else in the Lawton Area.
