Corey with Cool It came and serviced my unit. He did a very thorough check on everything and let me know about an issue another company caused when originally installing the unit.
Corey was punctual, professional, cordial, and very informative.

Definitely would recommend Cool It. From the call to schedule, how quickly they could get to me, to making sure everything was working correctly and I was satisfied before leaving. They are horrible aye charging people on or about the time of service. Had services done on April 15th and gave them my card information to pay. We saved to be able to afford to get our condenser fixed. They send an invoice two weeks ago asking for payment. Im never one pay for services I needed but it’s unprofessional to ask for payment almost three months later when I already have them my card information to pay at the time of services.

Regular air conditioning maintenance can sometimes feel like a scam, like extra work for a device that we feel should "just work." But like a car or other very large complex machine it runs better and you can have greater peace of mind knowing that someone with experience and training has looked over and tested each component. Combined with this, there is the issue of the Air Handler being in the very core of the home, such that the mechanic, so to speak, has to come in to the place you live and comport themselves with confidence and professionalism. Our tech, Joey, exudes the patience and detail oriented work that provide that confidence and clarity you want when getting an update as to the status of an HVAC system. Our dogs love when Cool It arrives each seasonal change to let us know what's up and assure us everything has been taken care of. Thanks, Cool It, and thanks, Joey!

I spoke with Rachel in the office to see about having someone come look at my furnace and she had a tech scheduled to be here within the next 2 hours! I am so thankful she was able to get a tech out here same day! Shane called to let me know he was on his way, and was here as expected! He found the issue right away and communicated what was needed to his office staff so they were already prepared for next steps! He’s still working on the unit as I type but my house it already getting warmer! THANK YOU COOL IT TEAM!

Ariel was very nice on the phone and got me scheduled the same day I called in. Shane was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He got my AC unit repaired and running like new the same day! Highly recommend!

My A/C wasn’t working so I called Cool IT. They were able to get my scheduled the same day! My technician was Joey and he looked at my unit and diagnosed problem immediately. He didn’t have the correct size for the part I needed. He left and promptly returned and my house was cooling right away.
