Not only did they speak to me with respect, they also spoke to each other with respect and appeared to work as a team. They explained thoroughly and followed through as planned.

Every time you loose AC in Oklahoma, it's an emergency, however AllTech considered beyond that. Lost operation of my 27 yo system ( AC) on Wednesday, the same day we left town for a funeral. AllTech sent a trusted employee to complete an assessment on Friday morning, and provided a written estimate, (and a very helpful, heartfelt phone call,) by Friday afternoon. I approved the contract and AllTech sent three techs, and all components for install by 9AM Saturday.

AC is back up and operational in time for family to arrive Saturday night and floor contractor to get to work Wednesday morning. I'd recommend AllTech to anyone needing to keep an old system running, ready to replace that old system, or new residential.

AllTech fully restored my ac/ht system within 32 hours of my first call to them.

Josh came out and did the estimate. He was polite, straight forward and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Then, the two gentlemen from Alltech's service dept. came in and unfortunately had to wait on an inspector. When they did get started, they knocked out replacing both the inside and outside units in a couple hours. They were friendly and informative on the care of the new unit. Now, I'm sitting with great, cool air flow throughout my house! THANK YOU!

We called about our AC going out today, they had someone on site as soon as possible on a Saturday night! Sonny came out to help and was so professional and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. He stayed for a few hours working on it until he could get it back up and working! The price was extremely was so reasonable, especially for an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon. He explained the problem and was extremely honest about what was going on with it. He stayed working on it for a few hours and didn’t leave until he was sure he could get it running and we would not have anymore issues! We are beyond thankful for his help! It’s been over 90 degrees here and we have small children in our home, he made sure that we wouldn’t have to spend the rest of the weekend in a 80+ degree house.

All Tech Air Conditioning services were excellent called to schedule appointment they sent someone the next morning. Kevin Ballard was a great representative of the ALLTech Company. Air Conditioner is running great.I would call them back if needed.

Our technician, Kevin B., arrived and diagnosed the problem with our system. ALLTECH had a person dedicated to American Home Shield repairs and she kept us informed all the way. They even got the company (brand) to pay for the part on warranty because our system was fairly new. Kevin B returned and got our system up an running (he earns an A+). Kevin even covered additional options that may help prevent the same issue again. All in all, very good service from the team.

Had a small leak which required 2 lbs of freon. Sonny was awesome. Very thorough, respectful of my home. He listened to all my questions and told me everything and explained. He was so nice. Thank you for helping us get some ac upstairs-it was 90 degrees!

The technician "Bruce", gave me outstanding service. I cannot praise him high enough! He explained the various issues to me in a clear to understand language without "talking down". He was thorough, professional, and patient answering my many questions.
