Sonny (I think was his name) very professional and fast

Unbelievably unprofessional company - they are a vendor for American Home Shield - they provided poor service with an aggressive, mean, argumentative, condescending, rude attitude. They left without saying a word, without an update, without giving me a bill of service or a report of what service they had completed. They left my outside BREAKER BOX WIDE OPEN on a day when we expected rain - also a major safety violation. They are unresponsive to calls - it took several days to finally get a call back. They have not submitted any report to American Home Shield, nor do I know what services they did to my air conditioner. I am filing reports with the Oklahoma Construction Board, as well as the Insurance Board.

Tech explained everything he did and why. Very thorough.

Charles was very professional, neat, and pleasant to work with.
