Repair guys were great. The extra charge for "cleaning" was a bit excessive. Since the motor was already out for replacement. Squirrel cage was out as well. Cage needed to be taken to a car wash to clean. With motor replacement figured in total time was about 2 hours. Cost of motor replacement was covered by home warranty. Since they came out to do the replacement why would they put it back together dirty? Isn't cleaning part of the initial repair? $369 was enough to cover the entire repair.

Completed maintenance on my geothermal unit and helped me find a plumber to replace my hot water tank that had just gone out. Entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Great company! All technician are courteous and efficient.
