Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I’ve been in many supply houses over years. Every time I’ve been to this store, I felt everybody strived to be accurate and professional. Many times I’ve been able to have a healthy laugh with the staff while grabbing a part or something. Good culture is appreciated in times that’s not certain everywhere. Want to thank you guys for being solid and consistent through the years. It’s been a pleasure to do business with you and your team. Thank you

Chaudry was Amazing super friendly great service!!!

The entire company structure is anti-small business. Even the simple task of getting a quote for equipment requires an act of congress (emails and account verifications). I was informed that my account automatically gets put on hold after 6 months of non-activity. Ridiculous!

As an HVACR service tech I run across many Lennox systems. I've found that since Lennox uses proprietary parts it's just easier to replace the part with one from a Lennox supply store rather than use an aftermarket part.
Anyhow, the employee staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and ready to help. This would have been a 4.5 star rating on account of the fact that all Lennox parts are highly expensive.

DIY repair customers beware you need an Active Contractors License to shop parts here, but you can get the same parts on Amazon for much less and no license required.
