I really like the way this company does business. They were polite when we called. They had someone out the next day for service and they messaged us 10 minutes before the arrival time of the technician. They also sent us a picture of the tech so we would know who to look for. He was presentable and professional as well. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family in the future based on today's experience.

Came home on a cold Thursday afternoon to no hot water. After calling around to others and either hitting a dead end or being told no one could help me out until Monday, I sent a message to Triple Play. They got in touch with me immediately and told me they could have someone out that night or first thing in the morning, my choice. The men who came out were helpful, professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. All my options were laid out clearly for me, and I’m super happy with the work they did! Next time I need help, I know who my first call will be.

Blaine and Justin were on time, very professional explain to me and let me see everything that they had done it was great talking with them definitely will use them again

Absolutely amazing customer service! Started with scheduling all the way to the actual visit, 5 star service. They did diagnostics on my non-cooling AC system and found several legitimate issues. Jack gave me numerous options and was upfront and honest. Did not feel pressured at all. Super professional yet friendly. Highly recommend these guys! Still trying to see which option we’ll go with but regardless I’m going yo chose these guys to do the repair/install. Thank you guys!

So...your guys just left. They didn’t disappoint, just like every other service guy you send out did awesome and were so sweet and polite (almost got em to call me Renée..lol). And they swept my dirty garage floor, not just where insulation fell...THE ENTIRE FLOOR (have to say I’m really not surprised by that tho).

And now about the system that was installed....WOW!!! There is a huge difference, I always kept my thermostat at 74-76 and would still fill chilled and this system the thermostat shows the room temp to be 68 and it’s going to be too hot in here if I let it heat up to 74/75. You said this system would be better but you know as well as I do that gets said a lot and usually it’s slightly better; but not this time! The system is WAY better!! And quieter to boot!!

I cannot thank you for all that you have done over the last 3 1/2 months. Saying you and Hector went above and beyond is an understatement! A new system wasn’t in my budget right now and you never made me feel bad or embarrassed. You were truly concerned that my system could go out at anytime and you promised I wouldn’t go without heat (and I don’t doubt that at all). God was with us and certain paths didn’t work, the system limped through and then you found Advantage. I’m excited about this program, I could have NEVER afforded the high tech system on my own and not having to worry about future maintenance or repair cost is a HUGE relief!! Everything happens for a reason and all the dead ends we crossed the last few months led us to Advantage. 😊

Thank you again for all you do and did to help me out. I’m glad to be your first install with this program and you can always use me as a reference if you need it 😁 truly blessed to have met you & your team all those years ago! THANK YOU!! Justin did the AC tune up and maintenance today. It was my first time using HVAC Solutions and I was very happy with the service and responsiveness. Justin was great and explained everything he looked at and his findings and presented options and clear pricing for any additional repairs and maintenance suggested. It was a very extensive tune up and inspection which I appreciated since it’s our first summer in our new house. I also liked the ability to track when Justin would be arriving so I knew exactly when I needed to put the dogs away. Thanks so much!

Came early, explained everything, showed me the damaged part they will be replacing, & they offer military discount ! Very friendly and very knowledgeable! Also affordable! I would recommend to anyone ! I also want to shout out their receptionist because she is beyond friendly and super helpful ! Overall great service !
