Had to replace our AC unit & pipes. From beginning to end everyone involved was courteous & professional. Amazing staff with top notch service! Highly recommend doing business with TriplePlay.

Triple Play plumbers came out to address water leaking into bedroom from an outside waterhose. He explained that we have non-freeze proof hoses and the one in question had split! Again, very professional and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy!

Okay it's hot right, 🔥 🥵 😫 and my A/C stopped working. 3Play or should I say Hannah set me up with a service that takes care of my A/C and plumbing for a year. She sent Jack out to get things back to normal. Jake and Shelby explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and how much it would cost. To my surprise it wasn't that much. Now I feel like an expert. Friendly. Helpfull. Wonderfull people. 🌟

Kenny & Garrett Installed a tankless water heater and were some of the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers I have ever met. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Neil & Jake came out and installed a daikin fit system and they exceeded my expectations by far. Just like the plumbing crew, they were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. When they finished their installation they had Garrison come out to quality control the installation before they had the city inspector arrive.

I’ll never use anyone else for plumbing or heating and air.

I reached out to this company about installing a portable air conditioner in a bonus room. I wanted a vent from the portable AC to the attic or outside. Also, I wanted the water lines connected to handle condensation connected to an existing drain in the attic or drain outside. The company contacted me through Angi. They contacted me after setting up the appointment to back out of the estimate. Triple Play called and said they don’t work on portable AC’s and that the person I visited with made a mistake. This is odd because they gave me a quote on the exact same job two years ago.

The bill felt pretty expensive for about an hour of work but what do I know. As far as I can tell they did a good job and the guy was super nice. Fast response time and quick service. I'd guess you're paying for that and not just the job because everyone else I called gave me like a week time frame. Happy to have water again at least!

Edited: previous review was before I had my plumber from back home take a look at the issue. He said I was charged about 4x what I should have been. I would rather go without water for a week than get taken to the cleaners like that. I guess you really are just paying for speed. Learned a valuable lesson, and won't be using them again if I can help it.

Austin and Josh were very polite and professional. Got in and did their job while wearing covers on their shoes to protect my floors! I talked the ballast as a warranty and I received an additional bulb in the warranty process. Doesn’t get better than that! They explained everything and were done in 15 minutes. Thanks guys!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called this place last Friday to PUT ANTIFREEZE IN MY AC ITS BLOWING JUST AIR. Literally word for word. I got charged immediately 250$ I thought I could trust this company. Then they send someone out and they “look” at my ac. And that’s it. They literally came out didn’t give me services I asked for and took my money. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. They claimed I paid for a some membership which I never agreed to or signed any contracts. That’s why I paid 250$ not for services I need. They credited me back 90$ out of 250$ because they came out and said hi the same day. The managers or owners NEVER called me back. I called this place 3x requesting to speak to the manager. Never spoke to me once. NEVER AGAIN. What a scam. Thanks for taking my money for doing absolutely nothing.
