Ethan and Josh arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and explained the work that was required. They made the necessary repairs and we are up and running. Personable, professional, friendly and tidy work. I highly recommend Triple Play HVAC, 10/10!

It was Saturday afternoon and my A/C just stops working. Triple Play Home Services was called and within 2 hrs. their technician (Ethan) was here at my house and in 2 more hrs. my A/C was working again. Thank you, Ethan and Triple Play Home Services. They are a 24hr/7day company that are reasonable on price. They are Professional’s!!! I would recommend them to anyone. 😊

I called 3 different businesses to fix a furnace at a tenant's residence that kept tripping off and Triple Play was the only company that could service it that same day. Triple Play kept me updated with texts and email for their arrival time. Josh and Latham showed up on time, wore boot covers before entering the house, and were very professional and respectful. I have had multiple companies perform furnace and A/C tune ups/inspections before, but I have never seen anyone have the total thoroughness of an inspection process like Josh and Latham displayed. They took multiple photos and videos while taking apart the furnace to show how dirty the motor was and the fan blades. They also found that the flue attachment to the furnace wasn't sealed correctly and had the potential to leak CO into the house. They found that two of the three limit switches were bad but I had them change all 3. They even used a snake inspection camera to record the inside of the warm air plenum to verify the connections were still tight and that there was no corrosion. They vacuumed all the dust from the inside of the furnace after pulling the motor and fan and thoroughly cleaning them also. This service wasn't cheap but I was satisfied due to Josh & Latham being able to fix the furnace that same day so the tenants would be comfortable, the thoroughness of the furnace inspection, the flue attachment sealing issue fix, replacing the limit switches to fix the original issue, and their professionalism and respectfulness. I believe I have found my go-to service provider for my HVAC needs. Thank you Josh & Latham!

I retract my statements quality of work has diminished with the growth of the company I met Mike when he was first starting out and it’s not what it use to be.

Triple Play came out to inspect my plumbing and convinced me that I needed a new hot water heater which I purchased for $2700. The next day my water was warm at best so I had them come back to turn up the thermostat. Michael Brown turned it up to 130° and said he couldn’t turn it up any more because of “liability” concerns. A couple of days later I requested they send someone else to turn it up more. Blaine Smedley came out and told me it was against city code to turn it up any more than 135°. I did extensive research and found there is no city code governing the temperature of a water heater, conversely, they recommend setting it at least 135° in order to kill the legionella bacteria and suggested 140° for maximum protection. I ended up calling another plumber who turned it up to 140°. All of my grandchildren are grown, and I have no small children in my family and told them so. I don’t trust anyone who lies to me and will never use them again.

Always nice to deal with a business that treats customers the way they should be treated. Everyone I’ve had contact with seems to genuinely enjoy working at Triple Play. Today Hannah did a great job scheduling me with my crazy schedule. Thank you!

Garrison and John are amazing! They arrived on time and kept me informed on every step of the process. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, professional, and good listeners. I called their after hours service last night and spoke to a real human, win-win! I would highly recommend this company. It's 97 degrees outside and they made sure to bump my appointment in before the house got way too hot. Thank you so much!

Mike and Daelon arrived on time and got to work inspecting my home for any potential plumbing needs. They were polite, professional, and friendly. Both went out of their way to answer each of the many questions that I asked, while they were there.
My wife also had questions and they were equally helpful with her as well... we were both quite impressed with the two of them.
Some people may feel differently, but to me, customer service is a critical part of winning me over as a customer; their easy going gate, approachability, and patience, did as much to secure my business as did their obvious knowledge and expertise.

A family member passed suddenly. We are left with cleaning and clearing the house. AC quit with so much left to do. After using another service the day before, for a warranty issue, at a different home, I called only to be told they were unable to assist with this need in a timely manner. I contacted 3 other services who couldn’t help for several weeks. When I called Triple Play, they understood our specific ordeal and agreed to fit us in. They had a tech, John, out Friday evening to determine what was needed. The price was fair and he was helpful to make sure I understood the urgencies and the long term solutions. I texted Triple Play after 7pm to ask the replacement parts be installed asap; not exp citing an answer that night. Thank receive a response within a short time and Technician Lathan was working installing parts by 11:00am Saturday! The house is cooling off. Thank you so very much to Triple Play!!
