I am so glad I found Triple Play!! After waiting multiple days on another company to come look at my ac unit, I called them and was able to have someone come out same day.Ethan the technician was really nice and very thorough in everything he looked at. He provided me with multiple options to fix the problems and worked with me to negotiate something affordable. They didn’t have availability to replace my unit for a few days, but because I was without AC in the summer, they brought me a portable ac unit and installed it so I could at least live in my house until the installation. They all showed up right on time for the installation and everyone was so kind and helpful throughout this process!!thank you!

They we're able to send out some technicians the same day we called for our broken AC! Ethan and Austin arrived quickly and did a very thorough inspection and took plenty of pictures so I could see the issues for myself. They took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on, and were very considerate when the topic of billing came up. I'm very grateful for their help and couldn't recommend them enough!

Triple Play came out and replaced two HVAC systems for me. They were top notch! This company was more than just squared away (my military brothers and sisters will appreciate that), they were extremely professional during the installation and did a top notch job. I felt very at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!

Having to buy a new air conditioner is not any fun. The only thing that made this experience any easier were the guys from Triple Play. Austin and Joe were at my door right at 8:00 a.m. ready to install my new air conditioner. Spending hours in the attic to take out the old and replace with new parts for the new air conditioner was a very difficult job since it was over 125 degrees in the attic and 100 degrees out in the open but they kept working without complaining and were super friendly. I don't know how they managed to work in that heat but they did and didn't stop until everything was like it should be. I could tell they were very thorough with everything they did. At the same time they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. It was a big job but they didn't leave until it was finished and my air conditioner was running and cooling my house. Thank you Austin and Joe for a job well done under terrible circumstances because of the heat. Thank you Triple Play for having such great people on your team!

Our technician John went above and beyond! Not just a really great guy, he was very informative, explaining every step in fixing our system. We are now on the maintenance program and feeling confident in our situation. These guys do not make you wait. Great experience all around. I highly recommend Triple Play Home Services!

I recieved services after having a new air conditioner installed as well as having a complete checkup. The system was over 20k and the only reason I leave 3 stars instead of 5 is because after spending a great deal of money the system was not checked. The heater did not work when winter came because the heating system was never turned on. Everything was installed correctly tho. A man who had been working there for a long time verbally confirmed that everything was working properly and that was not the case. The man who came today was very professional tho and activated the heating system. I would simply suggest that both heating and air conditioning both be checked, and not just the air conditioning system.

Triple Play is amazing!! They installed our brand new tankless water heater and did an amazing job! Blaine and his partner work efficiently and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with our new water heater! Will definitely be using them again!

Amazing professional conduct and super friendly and helpful. Skylar and Austin were so knowledgeable they do need a bigger truck to bring all the duct work back to my house.

From the point of calling the Triple Play office to the service provided, everyone was very polite and informative. Anna was polite and helpful. Lathan stood at our house until the issue was resolved which was pretty late. He also was informative and explained why the ac unit went out and that someone would be out the following day to explain more and try and help us further. Jack did a thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on with HVAC system. The two guys who installed the A/C, heating unit, duct work and thermostat were amazing and worked all day to get the job done and ensured system was working properly.
