We used the plumbing service for a hot water tank replacement. Blaine was our technician and was wonderful. On time, friendly, and did a great job. Already notice a difference. We will definitely use him when we replace our 2nd tank soon.

Noticed that our water heater was leaking into the garage. Called Triple Play who rerouted our technician Blaine who arrived within 10 minutes. He assessed the situation, have several options, consulted with my husband, installed a new unit all within three hours. Blaine was professional, courteous, and thorough, keeping me informed throughout the installation. He spent extra time showing me the unit and it's features. Could not be happier with the whole process.

We have a floor furnace and not a lot of people won't work on them. They were forecasting a freeze the next night so I was cleaning the floor furnace and getting it ready. Got the pilot lite lit but the thermostat wouldn't kick the igniter on. I called Triple Play the next morning and they got out that day. The igniter wiring had come loose and gotten burned. They replaced the wiring, fixed the sensor and replaced the thermostat so we could have heat. Very polite, very nice, and did a great job. It's hard to get service same day these days so it was incredible.

AC died on a Friday afternoon. 103 outside. I have a home warranty company, but I knew how that was going to go. After 2 days and no response, I called Triple Play first thing Sunday morning. Brad was there within an hour. 20 year old system was toast. Installation scheduled for the following Wednesday. Jake and Tristan arrived at 8 am sharp. Took most of the day, but they knocked it out.
Very impressed with the timeliness, professionalism, and courtesy of everyone I dealt with. Well done and big kudos.
Dislikes: Let's just say it's the cost of being a homeowner with an old system that dies in a heat wave.
Great job everyone. You can't go wrong with these guys in my opinion.
