I highly recommend using this company for HVAC services! I had issues with the AC unit and wanted an estimate for repairs and an inspection. Lathan is very professional and thoroughly checked everything concerning the AC unit and even provided details of what all he inspected and what was going on with the unit. I’ve previously had other companies come out for AC issues I’ve had in the past and no one did a full inspection like my experience with this company.

Jack and Nathan did a great job doing a thorough inspection and then explaining it all in good detail with pictures and meters.

The whole team was polite, professional,and as quick as a whole new system can take. Even my plumber was impressed with the way they worked together as a team. The care they took with the installation, making sure the registers were placed where they would do the most good, and where I wanted them .They did an awesome job installing all the new ducts, new vents, and removing the old obsolete unit I would highly recommend them.

Michael Brown installed my water softener system and instructed me on how it operates and how to Care for it. Installation was quick and well done. Would recommend Triple Play to anyone.

Triple Play did a great job repairing my sunroom mini split unit that had been leaking drain water in the room. In the process of making repairs they discovered that they didn’t need to do some things they had originally indicated were necessary —-thus saving me some expense. They installed a drain pump that visually blends in with the unit and virtually disappears, solving a leaking problem we have had since another company improperly installed the unit several years age. They are true professionals.

John Robinson, our technician came out and inspected our entire system, replaced filters, cleaned out unit and was very thorough. We mentioned a noise in one of our returns, and he quickly fixed it. If you heat & air service, I highly recommend Mike Fore and his team at Triple Play.

I liked the service man John who came he explained everything. I don't have a computer or printer there were other things that need done so asked to send me a list & prices which he did but it was a contract to have them done & gives you 72 hours to cancel or it's binding I don't like that.So I do have to find a friend with a printer which I prefer paper to internet. Over all good company.

Charged 250 to go out and tell me something is wrong with my air and that i didnt pay for a repair but instead a subscription to have them come out and tell me whats wrong with my house. Does not answer when i call and text. Told them to refund me they said its 159 dollars to come out after hours so ill only get back 50$ the employees were nice. The business came off super shady. Im not a hard person to deal with either.

Triple Play was great, they came out quickly when our AC went out and made the necessary repairs to get us back up and running. John was great to work with - very knowledgeable and respectful

My husband and I hired them to replace the duct work and ended up getting a new furnace as well. They were quick to come out and get everything done! Everyone that has been here doing work is very informative and they have the best manners! Super sweet and will only use them from now on!!! Thank you Triple Play!
