Would not recommend them at all. Came out to look at my A/C. Was told compressor was bad and that I needed to replace whole unit for $8-$9,000. Told Tech I was going to get a second opinion. Called another company they came out and found that it was a fuse that was blown and melted some wires had it up and running and blowing cold air in less than 30 minutes for less than $200.

I called and they came right out. I needed a new unit and they were right on it taking care of it. We are very pleased with The professionalism and work quality of this company and the guys that worked on our stuff. I highly recommend them for any of your heat and air needs.

Blaine came out and put in a backflow valve for a sprinkler system and did a great job. He even cut the sheetrock in a way to make it super easy for me to patch back up! It was originally scheduled to be done yesterday, but the previous job ran over, which is fine because Vesper and the Triple Play team were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Great experience, professional and courteous team, and got the job done quickly & efficiently. Definitely recommended!

Genuinely fair and helpful. Fixed my problems without trying to blow smoke. The two servicemen earned the company a new loyal customer. Admittedly, I was asked, “If you liked our service, would you leave a review?” But I am more than happy to leave them a five-star rating. Steer clear. They repaired our HVAC unit and after replacing our blower motor incorrectly, they damaged our blower wheel. The vibration from their repair caused so much extensive damage we had to replace the entire unit. $17k later we have air. Do not use this company. They are not good with refunds, customer service or standing behind their work!

Kelley and Skyler were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed me pictures of my furnace’s issues. They provide a quote for the repairs and completed the repairs the same day. They kept me informed and even change out my filter.

Donald Birdsong came out and identified the problem with my a/c unit in 15 minutes. He had the part needed on his truck and had my a/c working 30 minutes later. Donald was very professional and I will use Triple Play Home Services again. I also signed up for their spring and fall maintenance program.
