After cleaning and replacing my filters, I noticed my HVAC system was not running. Of all the places I called, Triple Play was the only one who got someone out there that night. Kelly was very professional and made multiple recommendations for repair and got to work immediately. Kelly worked quickly and efficiently, everything was fixed before the day was over and he was nice and responsive to my questions. I will probably use Triple Play going forward for all of my HVAC needs!

I had my spring tuneup on both ac units. A week after that service, all of the freon leaked out of one unit at the service valve that they used to service the unit. The company overcharged for freon on an issue that they caused. Steer clear of this company at all cost. They can’t be trusted.

Called to look at a potential gas leak issue exposed via a pressure test another vendor did.
They didn't even arrive with the equipment to reproduce the test, and all they ended up being able to do was spray some leak detector on the valve.
They charged $282 for that.
Another competitor with the actual tool was $170.

Came to do a furnace tune up was three hours and don’t even think he did the tune up. Now my thermostat won’t work I called another company and they were able to change the thermocouple and now I’m up and running don’t use this company they will try to scam you

My family and I recently moved to the area and within a day in our new home our a/c decided to take a break. I have been using Triple Play for the last three homes we have owned. The owner has always done a great job for us and stands behind his word. Today Austin and Josh came out and did a great job checking our system and making us aware of a couple of items we may want to address sooner than later. It was good to see Austin again as he has been out to our previous homes.

The appointment time and responsiveness was quick. They were thorough, friendly, down-to-earth. They gave a detailed explanation of the issues & offered multiple options to solve the problem. All of the servicemen were upbeat & seemed happy & proud of their work. I think that results in a quality product. When I’m conversation I mentioned other household issues, they directed me to other technicians within the company who could help-on the spot. They went above & beyond. I’ll call again!

I had my air ducts Looked at through video camera to assess why I was not getting air to the furthest room in my house. I genuinely love the fact that they send you a picture of the technician so that you know exactly who you’re looking for. The tech was very timely. Same day service and they were able to assess the situation very quickly. The price was almost half of what most companies wanted to do the same job. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and even helped me move around some furniture able to get to the vent. I recently strained my right shoulder. I also like the fact that they did not try to push a service on me. The technician explained everything in layman‘s terms to me and told me of all the various options that the company has. When I move forward with my decision on what I will do, Triple Play will be my first call.
