CJ was timely, professional, and did great work for us. He even stuck around a few minutes to chat about the outdoors and life. If he’s any indication of the folks Lakeshore hires, you won’t be disappointed. They’ve won my repeat business. A+

I called Lakeshore Plumbing at 2:59 pm and by 4:01 pm, my toilet was fixed and the plumber was packing up his things to leave. Brennan was so nice and helpful, as was the lady who answered the phone! We even got a discount for being first time customers! We will definitely be using this company in the future!

Ray was an excellent plumber. He was diligent and committed to doing the right thing. He researched and found replacement parts that I needed. He came to my house first to see what the problems were. He came back to fix the problems when the parts came in and was there until everything was completed 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM. I will recommend Ray and Lakeshore Plumbing and have already to others. Ray came out today to help us with our plumbing issues. He accessed the problem and found out the pipes needed to be drained. He did it in a timely manner. He was very polite and helpful. Explained everything to me to where I could understand. He even smelt gas when he went into our backyard and told me I needed to call ONG to get it looked at. Sure enough they came out and it was a gas leak. Thanks Ray and Lakeshore Plumbing for a job well done.

When I gave a phone call to Mike, he immediately set up a time to come out and handle my issue. The technician that arrived was CJ, impeccable work, couldn’t have asked for any better. They installed a kitchen faucet and a bathtub drain with overflow with a new shower valve and raised the shower head. They did a good job. I couldn't say if the price was competitive or not since I needed it done that day due to another plumbing company bailing out on me the day of. Lakeshore was able to make time and even though they scheduled for 2 hours, it took 5 hours due to the bathtub being the original tub from when the house was built in the 60's.
