Can’t say enough good things. Got what I needed done quickly and cleanly. Mike was fantastic and Lakeshore will be our go to for plumbing and ac services from now on.

Found a catastrophic issue with our water tank. Less than 5 hours later Mike was done. From call to completion of new tank installation was less than half a day. Your mileage may vary but I’m very thankful for the service they provided.

Our son at college in Norman had a leak around the sink valve in his house. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He identified the problem and replaced the valve. The charge was very reasonable. I would recommend Lakeshore to anyone who is looking for a plumbing company they can trust to be reasonable and professional.

Lakeshore Heating/Air and Plumbing was amazing! We got a tech out quickly to assess our tankless hot water heater. Joey helped so much and told us lots of valuable information that we didn't know since we've never had tankless before. He was polite, kind and thorough with his evaluation and fix to our problem.

Lakeshore Plumbing was easy to work with and Rocky the technician was great. Had a previous plumber out 2 months prior and they didn't find the actual issue, just ran a snake and got through one place and stopped. The issue was diagnosed by Lakeshore Plumbing as the pipe was not connected to the sewer tap. Rocky described the issue(s) and what was most important to fix first and what could wait just a bit. Also office staff very friendly and helpful. Will use again if I need plumbing services.

Mike came by and repaired a couple of outdoor faucet leaks for me. They don't drip at all now, so that's a load off my mind. His work is great, and he's a pleasure to work with. Thanks Mike!

Joey and Pat were awesome. They got us up and running with a new Hvac system and hot water heater in a work day. Few adjustments to come do tomorrow but by far; good people to work with. Local businesse and employees. No salesperson giving you an estimate.

I called Lakeshore after another plumber couldn’t figure out our sewer line back-up issue. They came out the next morning right on time. Despite the freezing cold weather, our technician Mickey went up on the roof in the freezing wind and cleared the blockage. He was very kind and professional, and went above and beyond for us. Lakeshore was the 3rd company to look at the problem in our home and the first to fully fix it. Mikey was able to ultimately diagnose a bad mixing valve and we now have fully functioning faucets in all bathrooms.

Patrick came out to my clinic today to fix our thermostat. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything perfectly and was super nice.
