Jeromy came on a service call to check our home after a lightning surge that damaged outlets and fried some electronics. He was very informative and educated us about a whole home surge protector to prevent future damage after lightning storms. He installed the surge protector promptly and we are happy! Thank you Jeremy and we highly recommend him! Will definitely refer him to our neighbors and friends!

Justin came to help me with my HVAC problems and was incredible! He explained everything that was going on and what he was doing in a way I understood. He was on time and very thorough. I would definitely recommend if you need help with your AC!

Leaving another review since my last one 2 weeks ago - my house started to heat up again (which we now learned was from a leak) and this company sent someone out immediately! Luke was very prompt and extremely helpful. He explained the plan moving forward and was very efficient.

So far so good.Very courteous and professional. Both Michael and Luke were solid. No reason to complain: update... I was without heat in the coldest days this winter. No one explained I could use heat tape to help keep the unit pipes thawed with the energy-efficient units. I even asked if there was something and got a no, nothing they could do nor I. I'm comfortablly positive that they have heard of heat tape, but it took a random AC service tech working at my job to inform me of that fix. If it is against their policy to use heat cords they should inform the customer that, especially a customer with a service contract.

Matt was an excellent technician. He did an excellent job installing a new kitchen sink faucet; asking me questions to make sure it was done to my specifications. He also completed a Hot Water tank flush and fixed the dripping drain pipe.

The faucet looks great and the Hot Water tank is happy to be free of all that sediment!

One of the biggest compliments I have for Matt is how clean he left everything afterwards! Thank you!

Employees were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and provide pictures where necessary. We have two units with one that needed to be replaced. All aspects of the install of the new and repair of the old was timely, efficient, and cost effective. Would most definitely recommend Above & Beyond, without a doubt!!!

This team is really great. From my first interaction with Amber, their phone etiquette, and the prompt and friendly service from the two gentlemen during my summer annual maintenance plan visit. They were on time, performed all work I was aware of, and pointed out some things I may want to address before things breakdown, along with a laundry list of other services I wasn't aware of.

I'm a decent handyman, so I was a little surprised at how much they charge for capacitor replacement for a couple capacitors that are showing signs of age. A 10x markup for a $10-20 part is a bit excessive but may be in line with the "going rate".

Don't let that dissuade you from calling this company for your work as its likely their prices are fair for this business. Their personal touch was impeccable. This will be my go to A/C repair in the future.

Company is sales oriented. Very responsive, good customer service, but ridiculously high mark up for parts. Part cost $80 max. Service call and part swap for a capacitor was over $500. Shop them with their competition

Noticed A/C unit wasn't working. . .placed a service request call. . .spoke with Amber. . .she asked a few questions and was able to establish a service call for today. . .Service Technician Michael arrived shorty after the service request. Michael performed several tests on the system and determined the cause of the A/C unit not operating was to due a weak/failing circuit breaker. Michael was able to cycle the circuit breaker. . .which restored power to the A/C unit (THANKFULLY)!!! Michael explained that the circuit breaker requires replacement and scheduled an appointment for the replacement. Both Amber and Michael were EXTREMELY nice and took their time to explaining the entire repair process. Above & Beyond goes Above & Beyond!!!!!!

Bill Archey was awesome. Got there early, was very knowledgeable, explained the issues in detail, and fixed it in no time. Also explained to me the value of utilizing an annual service plan and got me signed up. Bill along with Above & Beyond will have my business for life!
