I had issues with my air conditioning on Monday (and for the life of me I can’t remember the time), shortly after contacting him about my problem he was at my door!! So nice, and very professional. Explained things in a way I could understand which made me feel a lot better! He’s definitely very knowledgeable about the business and work he’s doing! It wasn’t too long and we had air again! Made sure I knew what to do to prevent and future problems! I will definitely be setting up yearly check ups through this company. You really couldn’t get much better service!

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON EVER!!!!! HE is a Complete SCAMMER. HE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID LICENCES TO DO HVAC AT ALL!! He installed a Faulty-defective furnace in my house, he won't return my phone calls. I called to check why I didn't have an inspection done when he was done. because after installing my AC/Heater. NOTHING WAS done to code. SO I had an inspector come out and look at my "NEW UNIT" and had him reported to the board!!!. DO NOT USE ROY BAGLEY. SOME TIMES HE GOES BY SHANE. ALSO. .. Save you money and headache and HIRE someone LIGIT> Wish i would have Done my homework before hiring him. I'll be checking any and everyone form not on. he is just a CROOK!!! HORRIBLE .. Left my house UNSAFE for me and my family to live in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast, friendly, efficient, very reasonable cost with effective service. I am new to this area and contacted many a/c repair companies who seem to look at the dollars and want to replace everything else instead of just fixing the problem, adding unnecessary costs.
