Above + Beyond Service Company

A tech came out and didn't do much other than spend a lot of time diagnosing and documenting every little thing wrong my system. Then I was aggressively bombarded with phone calls and texts from multiple numbers about their estimates to get everything fixed. Do not use this company if you want honest advice and peace of mind.

Edit after your response: Now it's clear, your business practice of aggressively harassing me because my system is old. I understand what the tech said both times and as I said each time, I am NOT interested at this time. Please leave me alone.

Both technicians that came out to service my house did an amazing job. Very thorough and informative

It was ok...I thought the line may have been cut by my neighbor kids mower and the tech agreed that their where bite marks and a severed part...it stopped working right after the kid mowed...he told me it was a clean cut not from a dog bite and my lawn guy it was the dogs...so not sure on that...but it was quick and fast and now my kids won't suffer tonight.. so that is good...

We had our AC unit go out at the worse time ofcourse. I made the appointment through the online system the night before, and they were here the next day. It would have cost more to repair it than to replace it. Now, mind you, we had three units on this house before( not something we did to the house it was bought that way). And the two on the side were the one that died were really old. So I asked to take them both out and put on a bigger one. They said that was not a problem, and to do the ducking. They said that was not a problem. Come to find out the other old one was a 1985 model. We were all in shock and, yeah, it was barely hanging on. They also took out the two furnaces, they were really old. One of them was not working. Not certain how old those were. They did the insulation of the AC, removing both the old ones, insulation of ducting, removing old furnaces and putting in the new furnace all in one day. All in 100 degree heat! I wish these gentlemen would have started arould 6am for their comfort though. Recap, we got a new AC, new furnance, and new ducking. All which we knew would happen eventually. Also, the price was amazing! So to say I am happy with their services is anunderstatement. Picture is when they where putting it in. We call our AC the beast now LOL. Thank you all so much!!!

Gage came out to flush our how water tanks and because of the condition of our old tanks, he was not able to do so but did give us an estimate to replace. He was very professional and a great personality. The gentleman that was with him was very personable and professional. I would do business with them again.
The next day after Above and Beyond came out and gave me an estimate to replace my water heater, they came out and replaced it. As always the technicians were very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Above and Beyond to everyone. Thank you for all you have done...
