Mr. Ricky Jenkins was the technician sent to my home and my what a generous and kind person he was. He greatly encouraged me to ask questions about the process to be a more informed homeowner and to steer through the plumbing process in the future, if/when more problems arose in the future. I was texted ahead of time with a photo and a brief description of his credentials and who he was personally, which I found to be incredibly touching. Obviously this company cares about its employees. The repairs were a bit above my expendable cash flow, but due to the amount of work, labor, and knowledge that I received, I would certainly return as a repeat customer. I am quite happy with the service I received and would certainly recommend their services to anyone else needing repairs. Thank you so much!
