Above + Beyond Service Company

I scheduled a tuneup and the first guy installed a switch in case the water from ac unit didn’t drain he said I needed. It tripped so the ac stopped working as it was designed to do. Called above and beyond back and another guy was back in prob 20 minutes or less and said the switch did his job. Found out why it was clogging the drain and fixed the original plumbing that was the issue. Very pleased with the company, their professional employees, and their knowledge.highly recommend and I signed up for their annual service.

Above & Beyond did a great job. We had a leak in the main waterline to our house. They were prompt and professional. Miciah was our plumber and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitly use them again when needed.

The entire staff, from the schedulers to the professionals were helpful, honest, and genuinely cared about services being performed. They were prompt and thorough. The company let us know who was on their way with a short bio on the professional. This company is impressive and I’m so thrilled to have one company for all of our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs.

They came out immediately and gave me a truthful observation. I can appreciate when companies don't try to rip you off or try to up charge you for things. I'm definitely keeping them in the catalog for next time!

We are so thankful for Above & Beyond! We had to get our thermostats replaced and a new unit put in at our place of work. I made an appointment yesterday to have them come look at our new thermostat and Luke was here this morning right after 8 am, got everything look at and fixed, and is already on his way to the next thing. Thank you guys for all that you do and for always being on top of things! A++

Jared was amazing! He was not only superb at his job, but he went above and beyond in explaining things to me when I asked and showing me how I could do some preventative care on my systems. He took his time diagnosing what was wrong, and was very kind to my inquisitive children when they poked their noses in to see what was going on. He even climbed into the corner of my attic to reconnect a disconnected duct. Top notch service.

This company is a joke. Say they will treat you like family, but I didn't feel the warmth at all. Not sure where all the good rating are coming from, but I didn't experience anything good. Called several times to have someone look at my problem, but no one ever got back to me. A waste of time in my opinion.

Got a response from the company about my review on them. I found it interesting. I read all the bad reviews on this company, and it had the same recurring theme on the company's response. Basically, we don't know you, we can't find you in our system, it is your fault you received bad service; bla, bla, bla, bla bla. Sounds like excuses from a badly run company. Thank God I never used this company or paid them my hard earned cash. I hate excuses from people and companies. Sounds like Junior High School times all over again.
