It's always a joy to walk into Johnstone and deal with the guys behind the counter. I received great service there. They have a lot of parts that I can't get other places locally. They don't mind going the extra mile and researching into a project or problem that I have. They also have a tech support guy that knows his stuff and is willing to work with you. I recommend Johnstone! Shout out to Jeff, Keith, Manny, Brandon, and Reynaldo.

If you are a licensed HVAC professional I'm sure this place is great. If not, make sure you do your homework on the part needed. It will be yours when you walk out the door. I was unable to return my product the day after purchase.
When I pulled my receipt out the individual said "Ahhh, Sorry today is no return Friday. HaHa". Little did I know this was a passive aggressive statement not a joke. All I did was hook an electric lead to the part. It had been 12 hours. Clearly not running the part in my unit. This may be customary but the comment just made it seem like the company doesn't care for customer returns. I'd work on that in the future, even if its not a contractor account.
