    Had to be the most unprofessional shipping department I have ever dealt with! Either they are stupid or just flat out lied to the shipping broker I was contracted through. I almost got out the crayons to explain that 5 foot plus 9 foot is 14 feet, but they insist it's 14 1/2. Must be Oklahoma math!
