Wish I could give them 0 stars. Unbelievably unprofessional company. Called them out to diagnose and fix my small commercial refrigerator. After coming to the conclusion that it was the compressor that needed to be replaced, they said that they would check to see if it was under warranty and would let me know as soon as possible. Days went by and nothing. Called the main number several times and they could not even locate the ticket. Finally, they located a "ticket" and told me that the compressor was under warranty and was ordered and that when it arrived, they would be out to put it in. More days went by waiting for it to arrive. Meanwhile, I received a quote to sign stating that to fix it would be around $900 just to put it in, which was 1/2 the price buying another new one. Yes, this was for labor only. I called the company who made the refrigerator, and they told me that the compressor had never even been ordered. Called to speak with the manager, who was not there, so I left a message and he never returned my call. Just received a bill for $265 for this hassle. I ended up getting a new refrigerator but to date, no compressor, no communication from them, and no follow up. First and last time I will call this business.
"One off customers not a priority" Mark Park. I was a given a 2 hour window for a repair, waited for two and a half hours with still no notification. I called to inquire, and was told higher priority calls had developed and notifying me was not a standard practice.
Best refrigeration company on the face of this planet period. They will help you to the best of their ability and make sure you are up and running in a timely manner..recommended in my books
