Excellent experience, twice! Most recently, my water heater went out. Mike was very professional. He addressed the issue quickly. He put my mind at ease and took care of all the details. About 2 years ago, he also took care of a larger issue when I had a pipe crack by my sewer main cap which required digging more than 5 feet to fix. He is at the top of my list if and when I have any plumbing related issues. Thanks for your time and great work!

Experienced Professional Service. A part failed under warranty after 3 years of use (not Lakeshore Plumbing's fault). Lakeshore Plumbing was able to come by as soon as the next day to fix the problem and waive any labor charges (original installers). Excellent phone manners, conveyed concern, and empathized with my situation. Showed up on time and left no mess for me to have to clean up. Highly Recommended. Thanks again!

These folks know their business! I contacted Lakeshore Plumbing and spoke with Kathy about the possible causes of my water leak. Her friendly manner, knowledge and willingness to talk with me at length convinced me to give this company a try. We scheduled a Friday appointment, but they were actually able to come a day early, found the source of the leak and repaired it for a very reasonable rate. Mike, CJ and Kathy are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, customer-oriented, and will stand by their word. I highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing.

Ray came out and gave me an estimate on water heater replacement. He returned two days later with an associate and installed at the price quoted.
They left the job site very clean afterwards. Robin (in the office) was also very nice to deal with!

We had a huge issue with our basement constantly flooding so we called Lakeshore to have it permanently taken care of once and for all. Ray came out to assess the situation and came to the conclusion that we needed a sump pump. He got the quote to us fast and started the next day. They discovered a damaged kitchen line and fixed that for us as well. Ray had a great attitude and was very personable throughout the whole process. He even brought on some extra help (CJ) to make sure everything got done before the weekend. After the project was done he told us all about the system and how to take care of it. We highly recommend Lakeshore and Ray!! ✊

I highly recommend this company! Michael, who owns the business, is prompt, courteous, and his bills are very reasonable. When we had what we perceive to be an emergency with our hot water tank, he was to our house in less than an hour, assed the problem and was able to come the next day to make the repairs. He met and exceeded all expectations!
