Lakeshore is a fantastic company. We have used them for years and will continue to use them an recommend them in the future. They are always kind, helpful, and professional. Often times they will do what they can to get same day service when needed. If not same day, it’s rarely a long wait. All of their technicians are professional, helpful, and have been willing to take the time to teach me how to better care for my home. Excellent company!

The guys were polite and friendly. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job in the amount of time they said they would. Service provided by Lakeshore Plumbing was excellent. They diagnosed the problem, scheduled an appointment for the repair, showed up on time, and replaced a drainpipe. It all works beautifully, and cost was reasonable. Thank you, Sirs, for a job well done, and for such pleasant attitudes.

After a different plumber blew me off, I called Lakeshore. They were friendly and listened to everything I knew about what was wrong at my house. The scheduled me in the first available slot and got me back up and running in no time. They were knowledgeable and friendly the entire time. They even checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was still running well. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing for any plumbing needs!! They went above and beyond all while being reasonably priced!

They were very friendly. I received text messages when the appointment was scheduled and again when the plumber was en route. They gave me the exact cost before any work was done. I received a discount for being a first time customer. The plumber used an iPad allowing me to pay with a debit card and he provided an electronic receipt. The repair was not that complicated but it was done quickly and worked perfectly.

Ray responded to my service call. Called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ray quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue. I would definitely use Lakeshore Plumbing again.

I've used Mike and Lakeshore plumbing 4-5 times the past couple of years. I had a hot water tank installed in the last 1-2 years without any issues. The hot water tank stopped making hot water and I called Mike and his team at Lakeshore. They arrived the same day and within 3-4 hours to fix the problem. The issue was a bad element. Mike fixed the element at no absolutely ZERO cost. The element and the labor was covered by the guarantee of Lakeshore Plumbing. I have recommended Lakeshore Plumbing to several family and friends since I've started using them and will continue to use them as they were recommended to me by one of my friends. As a bonus Mike even remembered our conversation about our favorite music groups. This tells me he takes his professional relationships personally.

I would give Lakeshores 10 stars if I could. We had a leak costing us a ton of money and they were able to make it out same day and fix the problem right away.
