Plumber just went of what i said and not actually looking for the real problem. I now have holes in my wall that are not being fixed, the problem remained and I was charged an arm and a leg.
To my surprise, I received a call from the owner to see if they can remedy the issue and fix the actual problem or my anger and frustration. We came to a mutual agreement and I certainly do appreciate a business that takes their work seriously and does not ignore their customers.

Mike has done a number of plumbing repairs for us over the years and he never fails to do a excellent job. No cutting corners or slipshod work! His latest job at my place involved replacing a water heater, garbage disposal, and fixing my leaking fridge water filter line. He did a great job on all three and was also very knowledgeable helping me decide what size of water heater I needed. I highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing!

Ray and Mike were super awesome at repairing a huge water line break under the slab in my house. Robin was quick to respond to my call and sent Ray over within an hour to access the situation. The next day she scheduled Ray and Mike to come over in the morning to fix the problem. They were able to analyze the problem, create a bypass and get the water running again. We live in a 2 story house and that creates complications and they were able to fix the issue with the least amount of demo. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lakeshore Plumbing for your repairs. Thank you guys!

Fast forward for October 5,.2021. Had a garbage disposal leak and Johnny came out super fast, changed out the disposal and was done within an hour. Thank you for helping us out once again!

My water heater went out this morning. I called Lakeshore at 8:30 am. A technician was at my house by 11:30 am to work on my problem. He visited with me at length about my plumbing questions. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! I recommend giving them a call. Ask for Ray, he was awesome!

I have worked with a lot of contractors and these guys were great. When I called they were very honest and upfront about when they would be able to come out and fix things rather than promising me a day and then not being able to come out that day. The tech was very professional, friendly, and very thorough. After they fixed the issue, the same thing started happening a few days later, I called them and they sent someone out the next day to resolve it for free as they offer a 30 day guarantee.
