I had a bad whine in my pipes occasionally when we flushed a toilet or ran a shower. It was very sporadic so we weren't sure what it was. I found out that most likely it was was the Water pressure regulator. So after talking to some other people called lakeshore.. Ray came out and agreed that was probably the issue.. Said since my system was closed I also needed a thermal expansion valve on my water heater. I'm normally a do-it-yourself but this was a little out of my range since it was the plastic pipe , as opposed to copper. I figured this would be an all day job, but it only took Ray about an hour. The charge for this was $825, which I thought was a little high for an hour's work and about $100 worth of material. This also included $100 first time customer discount. Ray set the water pressure at 70 PSI which he said we would really like because it would be a lot stronger. I asked him if that would make anything leak and he said no way. Well next day my shower started leaking, and two of my toilets would not stop filling. Had to reset the toilets an order a seal kit for my shower. Called Rsy to reset the pressure to 60 lb. He said the leaks were coincidence. Didn't offer to repair the dripping shower , but I fixed that myself. All in all Lakeshore repaired my issue and I paid the price that they gave me. I could have said no but I wanted it fixed. It may be the going flat rate for those jobs. They did also replace the shut off handle which was right near the pressure regulator. It's so hard to know what a fair price is. I think I would price around first but I would probably use Lakeshore again if their price was comprable.

1st Visit, Lakeshore sent a team same day to diagnose our slab leak. They arrived the next day to do the work. They completed all the work the same day and cleaned up after themselves.

2nd visit same service.

3rd visit we had a leak in our service line. The Technician was one we hadn't had before. The team came out and started work. They ruptured several Sprinkler lines and failed to repair them and covered them without saying they wouldn't repair them. We received little communication from the lead tech. It was only the other techs that communicated with us.
After asking them to repair them they did a few but connected then in reverse order to the valve box. I just spent the whole weekend diagnosing and repairing the work I just paid $6,400 for. Maybe we just got a bad tech. I guess these days 2/3 is ok.

I had an emergency issue with a shower/bath nozzle not turning off. They made it out within the hour. They sent out Mickey and Q. These guys are the A-Team! Absolutely, the best customer service I’ve ever seen from the plumbing industry. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike did an incredible job fixing multiple broken pipes in my house that prevented me from having water. He was very informative of the process and really worked hard. He treated my home very professionally and I am so grateful for Lakeshore's services. If you need a plumber, Lakeshore is your go-to. Hard-working and honest.

Ray is the best! He was friendly, personable, & professional. Robin, the lady who answered the phone was also very friendly & professional. They were very prompt and take great care to provide an excellent service experience. Someone had flushed a Unicorn Gold spray bottle down the toilet at my shop, which Ray quickly discovered and removed. The price was on par with the level of professionalism and expert service and I am happy to have a new go to plumber for the future. I highly recommend this business, you will not find a better plumber! (picture is the bottom of the toilet that he had to detach to get to it to remove).

How fortunate to find a plumbing company Like Lakeshore Plumbing. Mike, and his staff were very professional. Had a great experience with them. Price was very reasonable and they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Had several slab leaks in a two story house and they completely re-plumbed it all. (top to bottom) Would recommend them to anyone, anytime... Great company!!!

Lakeshore plumbing has been amazing!! bought a house a few years ago with some major plumbing issues and they have done everything from small to major to get it up and running back to normal. Mike and his staff are very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Totally professional! Tech (Ray) called ahead of time letting me know he'd be arriving earlier than scheduled. Once at the site, Ray was thorough and let me know the "step-by-step" process of what the job entailed. He had a small hiccup with a piece of equipment but had a great sense of humor about it and was able to get past it without issue. Lakeshore Plumbing is now on my speed dial! Make sure you ask for Ray!

Great company and awesome service! Our tankless water system has been consistently taking longer and longer to get hot water for some time now. We've had other techs come out but haven't been able to find the issue. We got tired of paying $200+ each time someone came out so we've just put up with it. When we needed a new kitchen faucet installed I thought I'd give another company a try at fixing the hot water system. Thank goodness I did because Mike was so thorough and tested more areas than previous techs and he was able to fix the issue and we now have hot water in seconds as opposed to 4 - 5 minutes. Lakeshore Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Lakeshore is my new favorite plumbing company! They came out and talked me through several issues we’ve had. They fixed the main one I’d called about and gave a very thorough investigation into the other issue. I’ve had several plumbers come out to give me an estimate on a new sewer line and none of them went through their due diligence as thoroughly as lakeshore. I fully recommend them, especially Ray (the plumber they sent).
