I was impressed with this company, with the simple fact that the first day, everyone was ahead of schedule and willing to come early. Had I not been at work, I would have let them. I ended up getting Josh, who’s an absolute sweetheart. He went above and beyond, for two days to get my air working again. Very personable, and professional, great sense of humor (which makes this stressful time, that much better) and likes dogs (him and “Dog” got along great 🙄😂) , so he’s automatically amazing in my book! He’s great with laymen’s terms, so if he uses big words, he can break it down for you. He was amazingly patient while I was seeing if it was covered by my home warranty, and when I found out it was going to cost more to file than what I was paying, Josh suggested I wait until I find out the problem, to see if it was even worth filing a service ticket for, just so I wasn’t out even more money. If all workers at Xenia Heating & Air are like Josh, then I can only imagine why there’s so many 5 stars. Amazing service. 😌

I've been without an air conditioner since 5 June 2020 dealing with the warranty company and the company they authorized to do my repairs-what a nightmare! The warranty company eventually authorized me to find someone to complete the job after the last company failed miserable and couldn't acquire the needed parts in a timely manner. I called Beavercreek Heating and Air. After explaining my pain, they were able to have someone out that day. Josh showed up, accessed my situation, and was able to have someone out the following day--my wife and I were ecstatic! My air conditioning unit was repaired within two hours--sorry I don't remember the technician's names, but the two gentleman that did the repairs were phenomenal, professional, courteous and did an amazing job! They explained exactly what they did, and identified some additional fixes that would enable my system to run more efficiently, and more importantly, safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's been almost an hour since they left and my wife and I "FELL GREAT"!! As a military retiree, 'I salute' the company leadership, and those on the ground "Making It Happen"! God bless....! Al

It's never fun when you wake up in the morning to a cold house in February. After a referral from a coworker I called the tech directly. Josh and Kyle arrived 30 minutes later to take a look. Turns out it was a broken capacitor on the blower so while the furnace was running there was nothing to disperse the heat throughout the house. Unfortunately our furnace was coming up on 30 years old and replacement of the unit was where we were at. We found a great deal for the replacement on Angie's List and Josh got us scheduled. This was on Wednesday and we were able to get the install scheduled for Friday. Since we had to wait 2 days for the install Kyle came back a little later with a space heater to help heat a little while we were out of commission. Scheduled for Friday between 9 & 10 AM, Joe showed up promptly at 9:05. We were told the install would take up to 4 hours and in just under 3 hours we were back up and running. Everyone I dealt with from the service techs, installers and office personnel was courteous and professional. They worked quickly, delivered no b.s. information and answered my questions.

I am very happily surprised with this company- with them being newer to the area, I won't lie I was a tad nervous- they blew away my expectations! I called several other local companies to handle a property I own, I was given 1-2 day wait times, which is just not acceptable when it comes to not having heat. They came to my property quickly, Josh (the technician) was knowledgeable, polite, and professional- answering each and every one of my nagging questions over the phone since I was handling this service remotely. He diagnosed my problem, and returned later the same day to make the repair. Will recommend. Kudos to having this upstanding company join our community!

Our AC went out and they were able to send a technician out the same day we called to assess and recharge the old system. The gave a courtesy call ahead to let me know they were on the way, and it was within the quoted window of time. Professional, explained everything without being patronizing, provided multiple options without being pushy and patient while we made decisions. When we decided to replace our 22 year old system, they were able to come out next day to do it. Again, professional, called ahead, came within the quoted window, kept me in the loop about everything. No surprise charges, put down drop cloths and wore booties to protect my floors, petted my dog, let my kids watch from a safe distance and answered the millions of questions about what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I was stressed beyond belief when my husband and I moved into a new home and had heating problems, but their service was fast, personable, respectful, and professional. I definitely have their number written down and ready if I need any more help in this field. Thank you! It is nice to know there are still good businesses out there. I worked with Steve, and he was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Good people they are!

Excellent service and very thorough! Josh came out and diagnosed my AC system that another company failed to do. My bill with Five Star heading and cooling was even cheaper too! I got great advise and reassurance that they would be able to help me with any problem 24/7.

I'm a do it yourself kinda guy. Quoted the job out to 3 different companies. The attention to detail and tenacious work ethic impressed me. Explained to me every aspect of the job they were doing. I had what is called a "low boy" (1960's model) furnace. They came in did a professional job and with my job schedule they did it on a weekend! So..price..work ethic. .carrier brand equipment..even some custom sheet metal work!! A no BS job..very happy with the crew I had (Chris, Jake, and a big guy which I didn't get his name). Seriously..these guys were great!

We recently had a new furnace and a/c unit installed at our home. Both of the gentlemen who came out were very kind and professional. They were able to answer all of our questions we had and were able to explain in detail about the overall operation of the system we purchased. We had two prior service calls before this installation and this company provided quick responses and solutions to our needs. I would recommend FIVE STAR heating and air to any person with an HVAC issue.
