Replaced my water heater. They were great! Called them at 10:30 and they were done and gone by around 2:30. Courteous, thorough, attention to detail. They replaced heat/ air several years ago. Very pleased with their service!

I am retired, disabled veteran and these people went above and beyond to fix my system. I will recommend this company to all I know. Just generally nice people a trait we need more of.

Fantastic crew. Was on time and out 6 hours later. Excellent install crew. Fast efficient, got rid of all the old gear and and left nothing for me to clean up. Answered all my questions. Great value for the money, fast prompt response and follow ups. Will definitely use in the future to do any more upgrades and programmed maintenance.

Great fast friendly service. Able to install new furnace right away. Which sure beats another day of no heat and enduring 50 degrees inside my home.

would like to thank five star and a special thanks to a/c technician Kevin Vest for an above and beyond experience! i recently purchased a new HVAC system from five star and complete installation was done in 1 day. everything i was promised was done and done properly. then the other day i noticed the outside unit no longer would come on, after checking obvious things i noticed that the wiring to the unit had been chewed thru by my 95 lb German Shepard puppy. i called five star and explained and within 1 hour Kevin was there and repaired my unit and dog proofed it. this they did under there no hassle warranty. needless to say i am a very happy customer and would recommend five star to all, these guys know what there doing!!!

I thought everything went well with the installation. After they were done, the new systems were explained to me in a way i understood.

Had a really terrible day only to come home to our AC system not turning on. I called hoping they could get someone out by mid-week only to be surprised that someone could come the same day. The technician Josh was here within 30 min. He was professional, relatable, and explained everything he was doing and even gave my wife and I advice on what we should keep in mind with our system as it’s an older one. Would absolutely recommend them!
