One of the better experiences I’ve had when dealing with a service company. The technician Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the issues i was having with my furnace in a way i could understand, and went over everything with me. I decided to purchace a year long maintenance contract with them. I will def be using there services anytime I have a heating or cooling need.

They were able to come out same day for a new AC system. The estimator was efficient and thorough and left us understanding what we needed and would receive. The installers were skilled, courteous and neat. We will definitely refer our friends.

Both times I needed help I filled out information online and was called within a couple of hours. Once on a Saturday and once on a Sunday. Got appointments quickly and on the day of the appointment they were on time and called ahead of time. Tech’s were friendly and did a great job. They took the time to explain the issues. Will be using for annual checks going forward.

Awesome, made the best decision calling them. Professional, honest, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. First company quotes $1000 repair so I called for a second opinion. Just goes to show that honest companies still exist. Our tech did his job was working late and didn’t complain once. I would give this guy and his company my backing for any service you may have.

We cannot say enough good things about Xenia Heating & Air (a part of the Five Star Heating & Cooling Group).

Our A/C went out near the end of June. After researching multiple companies, we called Five Star for a repair estimate. After learning about our options, we decided the best course of action was to replace our 13-14 year old HVAC system with one more suited to the size of our home and considerably more energy efficient.

Xenia Heating/Five-Star gave us a reasonable estimate, and got us scheduled the following week (much to our amazement). The team (Gauge and Joe) arrived well within their scheduled window, and worked tirelessly. Though the hottest week of the season, they swiftly removed the old units, ran new lines, and installed the new units. They even cleaned up after themselves! My husband was shocked when he went to vacuum the area where they had worked, and it was already tidy.

There is a reason this company/group ask how they can offer you five-star service when you call them. They DO offer five-star service all the way! We never felt pushed to replace vs repair, customer service agents were all knowledgeable and polite, installers were polite and knowledgeable - ensuring we knew how the system worked before leaving, and the initial repair tech even emailed me details on what we needed for electric service upgrades.

Their prices were fair, and they helped us learn about available rebates. We've had our system in for a week, and it's amazing.

Do your research. You will find Xenia Heating & Air/Five Star the best in town. Call them today. We're so glad we did!
