Traffic backed up? Thank Five Star for driving three trucks, in a row, in the left lane, completely blocking any opportunity to pass. Maybe I’m just bitter for them changing lanes directly into me while they were trying to get to the left lane, and the fact they went immediately to the left lane, blocked traffic for 5-6 miles, then cross led all lanes of traffic again for a right exit.

The reviews indicate I’m not the only one who experienced their bad driving. Well unless Georgianna’s review gets removed again…

I think it says a lot about a company when their vans are going 90 plus miles an hour on the highway. If you are that late then you need to get your guys organized. Whatever tech that you had driving your Xenia van from the Englewood direction this morning needs to be reprimanded I didn't even see the poor reviews for driving under mine this is getting out of hand.

Two days ago one of their vans almost side swiped me as they were cutting off someone else off trying to get on the highway. They then sped off weaving through traffic at a high rate of speed. This morning they were going easily close to 100mph and almost rear-ended me on 675 and then proceeded to cut off 3 other cars while going from the far left lane to pass in the far right lane. I see others have had similar experiences with their driving and obviously nothing has been done. They are a danger to the public.

I posted a negative review last night (now taken down) due to dangerous driving by one of this company’s technicians.

The next morning Bella, of this company, contacted me. We discussed the issue, and she said it would be addressed. She was very concerned about the dangerous driving.

I am so impressed that this company cared enough to reach out to me, and to address this issue, even though I am not a customer. Clearly, the folks who run this company are very responsible and care about the community.

Should I need heating or AC service in this future, I will definite call this company!

Installed everything as ordered and honored the coupons on their site. Happy with everything.
