JP and Josh were absolutely wonderful. They worked very hard. They were both on time, professional, and very friendly. The entire Five Star business was wonderful. They worked with us for 2 years with our insurance and we were finally able to get a new system installed. The technician Josh that came out multiple times to help with this process was also absolutely patient, friendly, and very helpful. Everyone we dealt with, all staff members, could not have been better or more helpful. Absolutely wonderful and honest business. I will definitely be recommending this company to all family and friends. Thank each and every one of you and I apologize if I didn't mention your name. You were all great. Thank you!!!!

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. James and Caleb quickly figured out what was wrong , he noticed some deficiencies and suggested how to remedy them. He explained his findings and did not use hi pressure tactics or try to confuse me. All in all I took their recommendations and the system is running flawlessly. I will use your services again.

Jeff explained with understandable details all the steps of the project and outlined what I can expect from him and 5 Star. Had used these guys back in August for a repair on furnace blower when it went out and was very satisfied with the repair. So when it came time to replace complete unit I called them for a quote. Came out same day I called and gave the estimate the guy that came out pointed out some problems that were in the old unit that should be addressed. Two days later new unit installed by two very polite , knowledgeable young men with all the old units problem solved. Im very satisfied with the new unit and this company’s High quality personnel and I highly recommend them.

These guys were wonderful! Had my furnace go out on me and they gave me a great quote and had a new system installed within an afternoon! They cleaned up after themselves and were very transparent about the work being done.

Bad time for our heat to go out, 7 below 0 and it's the holiday season, so I knew they would be busy, non the less they came was very patient, even with my 5 year old son who likes to hug everyone, they treated us with respect and kindness and we will be having them back to replace what was giving us issues.

Josh came out to look at our furnace and air conditioner, then came back to give us an estimate for both units. Gave us an awesome price through Reach magazine. Kyle came and installed both units. He had both units installed quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and left a neat and orderly work space. Love the professional way both Josh and Kyle performed. I would highly recommend this company. I'm very pleased with the total experience and would recommend this company.

We have used this company several times for maintenance and repairs of our furnace and air conditioner and replacement of the air conditioner. This company did an amazing job at my elderly grandparents home. They responded quickly to the appointment request, technician was knowledgeable, and approachable. Although we did go with a purchase for a new gas furnace, we never felt pressured to do so which was great. Turn around time to get the work done was 1 day. very fair and competitive pricing and we could not be happier with the outcome. I worked closely with the office and staff to make sure everything went well for my grandparents. 10/10 would recommend to aykne, you won't be disappointed!
