The first guy came out for a diagnostic. He was cool. Basically told me I need a vent added in my kitchen. Ok, no problem. Called back in and they have a guy come out the next week to give me a quote for how much. Tell him I want to have it done. He says he'll email me A quote. Never hear from them again. I guess my piddly money isn't worth their time. If you didn't want to do it, just say so.

After leaving my review I was contacted and asked if I would give them the opportunity to fix my issue. They went a above and beyond. The two men that came out were very professional. They performed the work correctly and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. I would absolute reccomend them. And hopefully I will never have to use them again. But if I need a repair for my heating or AC, they will be my go to company.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys were so good I had to... Heat quit working on our rental in Xenia while we're traveling, so I had to get our renters some heat. They cut me a deal on price and got a new furnace installed next day. Our renters said they were super cool and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Thanks guys!

The tech and installers both showed up on time and were very capable. They were professional and completed the job within the expected time. Very happy with the service.

Josh came out for fall inspection of HVAC. He is extremely efficient in his job of checking the equipment. Doesn't rush through and explained the results of checks on the system. Would highly recommend 5 Star and Xenia Heating & Air.

I called and scheduled an appointment to have the AC unit checked. They came out that day and fixed it right away. Great service

I had this company come out to quote a new system furnance/AC. They sent a sales guy out who quoted me a price on converting 2 systems to one larger system. The sales guy assured me it would be a issue to connect the 2 systems duct work after looking at it. I took off the day off work so the installers could come out to the house. When they arrived they said it would not be as easy and could not be done for the price quoted. We got the sales guy on the phone who told them it could be the installers insisted it could not be. Before leaving the installers stated their service manager would be giving us a call. That was Monday today is Saturday and still no call nor price how much it would be to connect the units.

Very happy with the Furnace and UV light. The company was very professional and kind. They took time to explain everything to us. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks Xenia Heating and Air!

Made an emergency call on a Monday evening. The technician arrived within an hour and was kind, helpful, clean and quick. AND it was affordable! Worth every penny.
