A New Image Heating & Cooling

Chris and his Trainee did a wonderful Job! They found out what the problem was with my air conditioning system and went right to work to fix the situation. They were both very pleasant and explained in detail what the problem was with the system and what needed to be done. I would 100% recommend them!

They we very responsive and worked quickly to get both my furnace and air conditioner replaced. They were very thorough and kept me well informed throughout the process. I especially appreciate that they took the extra time to talk through each of the issues identified to help me better understand the state of my equipment.

The service technician Chris De Jesus came to find and correct a tricky slow coolant leak in the system, still under warranty. He was thoughtful, courteous, and thoroughly knowledgeable, explaining what the problem seemed to be and how he fixed it. He did not leave until he was satisfied that the entire system was running properly.

Had this job done today and yesterday June 15th and 16th 2023. Carl and Aaron,so that's a new furnace a new central air system and a new dehumidifier,thermostat the ductwork it was all quite a bit of work quite a bit of work but they did a great job and moved right along checked out what needed to be done,and did a really good job. I'm happy with it, looks good,cleaned up everything. The guys were very very nice respectful and courteous and professional and explained things to me when I was questioning like how to use the new thermostat to dehumidifier and the system answered all my questions cleaned up real well just did an overall good job I'm happy and that's why I'm giving five stars thanks guys, you made me feel at ease with having this done. Thanks.

Michael was prompt professional and extremely knowledgeable about my 60 year old boiler . He knew things only my dad who is a pipe fitter knew I was so happy with his service.

Ed was very nice and punctual. Explained what he was doing and took the time to answer some questions I had about my hot water heater. I will definitely use A new image for any of my A/C or furnace issues.

I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and caring shown by Chris and Tim. My AC was sabotaged by a chipmunk and these two gentlemen have been such a help getting things back on track.
