    Whatever you do don’t use Sears transform home improvements. Their salesman will tell you anything to get your business. That’s after waiting weeks for an appointment. Then you have to wait over two months for your job to start. Communication is terrible with this company and they don’t keep their promises they made in the initial interview. Go somewhere else and be happy that you’re did.
    If I could rate zero stars, I would.

    I am pleased with my new shower that was installed!! They were in and out in 3 days. I liked that they left my bathroom clean and better with the improvement. The job was done well. I would have given a 5 star but there is always room for improvement and communication before the job was to be done was poor.

    initially I was discouraged because it took almost 2 months for the project to get started and I couldn’t get any answers as to why and the receptionist wasn’t helpful at all! Once they started Justin and his crew were very professional and efficient I am satisfied with the work they did. I did receive a call from the from the project manager with the struggles they were having once the job was completed explaining why they were behind schedule, I just wish he wouldn’t reached out in the beginning and my experience would’ve been 5*

    We had our 30 year old furnace replaced, recently. The
    experience was a very good one, indeed. The team arrived
    with all necessary equipment and most of all, a positive
    attitude.
    They finished installation in a timely manner and answered
    all my questions completely and patiently. We could not have
    been more pleased and so I'm giving them 100% and an A+ from
    me, a grouchy old English professor.

    The work was great once it got started,the worker was clean,kind,willing to listen to the way that you wanted,always cleaning up behind themselves. The sale person back track on his word so if he promised you a 150.00 gift card GET IT IN WRITING, and coordinator need to keep better in context with the client.

    Took forever just to get started (3 months), once started there was nothing but lies coming from general manager. Had me choose an “upgrade” for countertops just to tell me he didn’t. Contractors were “ok”- good work but also took forever to finish (going on 2 months still not completely done). Always smelled like alcohol and cigarettes

    Worst service I ever experienced. The manager worst manager ever he never called me for noting like he didnt care plus his workers are the same. In August 2. 2018 sales person came to my home to To give me an estimate for 14 windows. I liked his prize $9500. I said ok let's do it. August Another guy comes to my home to do Some final measurement before they build them. The sales person promise me 6 weather beater max n when the measurement guy was n my home I ask him how many weather beater max I have he said only 2. Call the manager n he said ok he will do the other 4 weather beater max for free. But he didnt he even took my bathroom window off from being shadow proof plus my total came out to $12.500. The we said ok am just ready for my window. The windows should be done with then 2 weeks. 3 weeks past in I call no one answer the phone voice mail is full. Contact the sales person n he said he will call n see was going on. Anyways from August 2 all the way to December 12 I just got my windows plus a over charge of $3.000. Stay away from sears save yourself time headache and your hard working money. One more things the windows came in with dirty and scratch

    Company is a joke. Horrible customer service. Doesn't deliver what's purchased. Delays install, phones are always down. Computers always down. Charges for work not even done then they'll fight you for the charge. Don't bother with their added warranties either. First snow and system shut down. Wouldn't work, offered to send someone out in 3 weeks to look at it. Mind you we're at home with our children freezing cold. Hung up on numerous times. Take your business elsewhere. Reported to BBB and Attorney General.
