    Today I had one of the best service experiences. Our furnace was malfunctioning on the coldest day of the year. Our temps were in the mid teens and we could not heat our home. I called New Image and their technical service manager Heath Bright came out to handle the problem. He was most informative as to what our problem was and temporarily got us heat. Unfortunately, there will be a new furnace in our future but given the cost of repair the decision was obvious. Heath made calls to get second opinions and to check what warranty help was available. Could not have had a better experience. I have been a client of New Image’s since 2013 and they have done well with my service contract.

    A New Image Heating and Cooling was professional and exception from the first consultation all the way through to the end. I am so confident in the work that these people do that I tell all of friends about them. I installed a new AC and high efficiency furnace. They filled out all of the paperwork so that I got a $400 rebate from the gas company. The gas company came out and identified some leaks in the pipeline and they did the best they could to help me. These were not problems they made but just issues with my gas line in general. These people run a top notch ethical business. Thank you for all of your work with me! You’re top in my book!!!! Stop thinking about other options and have them do the work for you! You won’t regret the choice.

    I did not have A New Image do work at my residence but my daughter did. A week after they installed a furnace, a/c and hot water tank a gas smell was noticed inside the house. When A New Image was contacted in the morning they advised they would be out between 1-3. Apparently a gas leak on work you performed was not important enough to be out 1st thing to make sure the residents are safe. The gas company was called and tightened the connection which was loose. I'm just thankful this didn't turn out worse but the disregard for safety from this company is inexcusable.

    A New Image Heating and Cooling replaced two inefficient furnaces and removed older boiler system in 20 year old house. Excellent technicians were able to resolve complex hookups. Everyone that came out was considerate, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very clean too. Would highly recommend and use again for their level of expertise and honest advice.     I write this review to recommend New Image Heating & Cooling to everyone with a furnace, humidifier, tank-less hot water heater or AC. The service technician, Heath, was great. He explained the tests he performed, showed me the results. He made a couple of suggestions for me to consider based on some concerns I raised (e.g., my son's allergies). Overall great experience, great people and a fair price.

    I called these guys because Home Depot referred them. They came to my house twice and fixed the same problem twice. Had to pay both times. They told me the only way to fix the problem is by replacing my Heat Exchanger. I called for a second opinion, and the other company just adjusted the tube so water wouldn’t get caught in there. He told me New Image should have known better. I called New Image, the receptionist was friendly and promised that a manager will call me to discuss. Never called me back and will never call them. As a repeat customer very disappointing...not sure if the techs get a commission or bonus for selling new units.

    Yesterday Mike and Heath installed an Aprilaire humidifier in our new home. They did a fantastic job of taking out the old one and making sure that the new one fit perfectly. They explained everything to us as they went along. They are a model crew of technicians. We are now switching to New Image for all of our heating and cooling needs,
