A New Image Heating & Cooling

We've been using New Image for over 7 years now. They are always very professional. TJ came by today for our scheduled maintenance. He was very polite and very professional. He wore a mask which made me feel very safe in these times. I highly recommend them!

The receptionist was very rude and didn’t answer my questions. Mardy the individual that we worked with was very rude and unprofessional. He often quoted random prices and stated we will start the installation on a certain date only to change his mind after we called and inquired about the date. Throughout the process he was very clueless and didn’t know what to do. The workers came out to install two hours later. They left in the middle of an incomplete job. The A/C unit stopped working after only two months. The company didn’t even acknowledge the warranty. Eventually, they came back two days later to fix the job but said there was no issue and left without fixing the A/C. Had an electrician came out to check out the issue and the electrician stated they didn’t install the A/C correctly. Paid a lot of money to have them install an AC unit. It was not worth the cost! I would NEVER recommend using this company! Not only are they unprofessional but they are great at lying! Look at their response below. Shameless!

My salesman, Mardy was fantastic as he explained every step of the process to install my furnace. Installers, Tim and Brandon were great too. I am so happy to have chosen this company. The customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time.

I went through home depot due to the financing options. Met with Tim to discuss my options to replace my 30+year furnace. He was very helpful, thorough and honest. The two techs who came to install were also very professional. Pricing was comparable to other I had. Would recommend to others and use again if needed.

This company has serviced my furnace and central air for 6 years. The office and techs are always kind and polite.

This year Michael S. checked the furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. A very down to earth gentleman. His being kind and polite made it easy for me to talk to him and ask questions. : )

I had a great experience with A New Image Heating & Cooling. Tim came to our house and scoped our the job. He was very good with presenting options for us including Trane and Carrier options. We had our Central Air and whole house Humidifier replaced.

Once we had our proposal setup we scheduled our install. I had a call the day before reminding me of the appointment and what time I should expect them.

I went with a Trane ac unit and Aprilaire humidifier, and I am very satisfied with the equipment.

On installation day, the installers arrived on time. I was greeted by Tim and Robert who was very professional and took the time to go through the installation and answer any questions I had. I had a preference for where I wanted the new humidifier installed and these guys did a great job exceeding my expectations! They were both very nice guys and left our house spotless.

Once the install was completed, Tim went through everything with me and asked if I was satisfied. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the overall quality of the install.

I will use these guys again and plan to use them for a yearly checkup going forward.

Robert and Javon did an excellent job. They were courteous, on time and professional. Javon was very knowledgeable about the products. I had a furnace and humidifyer installed. Very pleased with the overall experience from Marty the salesman to the installers. I also like that the office gives reminder call of your appt.

From the moment Javon and Rob arrived, I had every confidence. Both gentlemen got to work, respected any landscape issues that arose, kept me updated as the process continued. We have been long time customers of A New Image Heating / Cooling because they are good at what they do, all the way from consultation/sales to installation.

They did fantastic work installing my new air conditioning system. The house was built in 1831 and they made sure to not take away from the charm and character of the house. Bob explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The Mitsubishi system is quiet and works great. They did a great job blending the new technology with the classic architecture of our house.
