A New Image Heating & Cooling

Ray,Jay,and Bob were outstanding installers of new A/C and new furnace.They cleaned up the area and showed me the new parts.Well Done Lads.

Cory was incredibly responsive and explained repairs needed and why thoroughly. I was able to get same-day service, with a new part ordered and installed in a couple of days! I am very pleased and will definitely call Cory and Joe (with New Image) for any future HVAC needs.

Reliable company that answered the first time I called. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone! My AC went out in 90 degree weather and they were at my house in under 24 hours. Cory, the service tech., was polite, professional and spent time explaining the problem and solution to me. He fixed my AC in no time and even checked on my furnace while he was here. Class act. Cory Long and Joe we’re very pleasant and worked efficiently. They gave me valuable information about the furnace and helped me schedule an appointment for duct cleaning and possible furnace replacement.

Cory and Joe were great. Explained everything while they were doing the repair. Replaced the Surface Ignitor - expensive part - but Heater seems to be running alright.
