Exceptional service! We use A New Image for our bi-annual maintenance, and we just had them install 4 new HVAC units at our townhome and our mom’s townhome. Javon, Karl & Robert were on-time each day, polite, respectful (wearing booties and masks and with their clean-up), and professional. They thoroughly explained the systems along with the Google Nest E thermostats that we requested. (Javon knows his tech). It was a large job that required a crane, some specialized work, and synchronization, and they were efficient and managed everything extremely well. We highly recommend A New Image. Thank you!

I have used A New Image for over 10 years now. The have done duct zoning, replaced two geothermal heating units and installed all ducting for a basement remodel. They are honest, reliable and fair. I had to write today when they dropped everything to troubleshoot a problem with one of my geothermal units. Brandon came out right away and showed up on time. I realize now how important that yearly furnace check is. Our furnace kept cutting on and off and on and off and we had not had the annual check for a couple of years. Brandon got the issue dealt with right away and we only paid one small fee. I've used New Image Heating and Cooling for 20+ years. They are great at Customer Service, repair and replacing. The service men couldn't be nicer and are so knowledgeable. So recommend them for anything needed with heating, cooling, and replacing hot water tanks.

My newly installed furnace stopped working this morning. I called A New Image and Michael was out to the house within 2 hours. He was able to look over the machine, let me know the issue and gave me options to get my ducts cleaned in order to prevent the issue from happening again.
