A New Image Heating & Cooling

From my initial phone call thru my first service appt, everyone at ANI was personable, professional & thorough. They texted me a photo & short bio & video of the tech they were sending out before the appt & kept me updated on his arrival time. Tech Ed answered my many questions & later emailed me all the paperwork from my appt along with pics he took of my furnace & testing he did, like CO2, etc. ANI goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. However, you will pay more for filters & parts if you purchase thru them.

Ed came out early and was professional and showed great knowledge in his profession, fortunately our once dead thermostat truenes on for him immediately but he didn’t leave knowing it could be a fluke and it was it turned off he adjusted something’s and it came back on strong and correct. We were only charged the visit fee as no parts were replaced he settled our minds that the service fee covers 30 days in case it turns off again or we need him or the company. He was personable and made us feel like he will be there when we need him. Highly recommend this company as they offer emergency services at all hours and provide great techs.

I have a service contract with New Image , who installed my 3 furnaces, today I had my regular maintenance inspection with Josh. He did a great job, he went above and beyond and was very professional. I highly recommend New Image!

I had a service call to repair the humidifier, they arrived on time and assessed the problem and noted that it was under warranty. They also looked and my water heater and suggested I should replace as it was about to blow. " I new this and had put it off" I opted for the tankless system and am so glad I did. Sam and Jason did a fantastic job on the install. They took the time to make it perfect!!! Very Happy Customer
