AirMax went above and beyond working on getting us heat after dealing with two other companies. I was without heat for over 8 weeks dealing with a home warranty. The guys were very professional, kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on. I feel if the home warranty company had had AirMax out first, the job would have been completed a lot sooner.
When I gave them the ok to do the job, I had a new furnace installed within a week.
I highly recommend this company! They will have my business and recommendation to all my clients!

Had a great experience - we had an issue with our pool heater. The tech came out and knew the exact problem. He then went above and beyond by working with the manufacturer to have it paid for and doing the follow up work earlier than expected. Will definitely use again!

These guys are the kings in their industry. We have had really bad luck with our HVAC system for a few years, and AirMax has been an absolute blessing every time we have used them. Most recently we had a nightmare situation with our home warranty company, made worse by inventory shortages. AirMax went so far beyond our expectations in resolving the problems. They were fully doing the home warranty company’s job. Tracked down a new system, kept constant communication up, advocated on our behalf when they tried to cancel our contract. The installation itself came together with incredible speed and efficiency. They were perfect gentlemen and skilled craftsmen. But here’s what means the most to me - we didn’t have just ONE good experience with them. We’ve had SEVERAL exceptional experiences with them. We have ONLY had good experiences. I cannot say enough good things about this crew.

Andrew, was the technician who serviced our furnace today. He was punctual, professional and explained the entire process to me within 10minutes. He ensured I was fully aware of the process and what was happening with my furnace. He was patient and kind. I truly valued his service and will definitely send referrals to my neighbors and family. I had to use them, because I have American Home Shield. I stayed home awaiting them to come from 9-1, but they changed the time on me to 11-3. I work only part-time, so I won’t get paid for being off.

The good: I got a text telling me to the minute when they’d arrive. I got ahold of someone at customer service, and they were American.

The so-so: Since I have AHS, they used the bandaid method: I need a new compressor, as my unit is old, but they put a hard start device on it, which will just buy me time.

The serviceman wasn’t very friendly.

I promptly cancelled AHS after that.

Andrew came on time, addressed my issue in a timely fashion and was very resourceful. I have now ordered a better MERV air filter, have a previously purchased Nest thermostat installed and have the correct amount of natural has going to my furnace. I would recommend using AirMax and Andrew to my family.

Sent by AHS to evaluate a 1995 heat pump and air handler that quit working and was determined by 2 other HVAC companies to be not practical to repair. Between AirMax and AHS they came up with a home warranty repair where I was to pay 90% of the cost. Not accepting. Buying all new equipment from another company.

Tested my ac unit over the weekend in preparation for the upcoming season and couldn't get unit to turn on. Called Airmax and they had Rob headed my way the next afternoon.

The text notification system kept me informed of arrival time so I didn't have to wait around. Upon arrival Rob was able to identify issue and get it rectified in no time. Overall a great experience with Airmax.

The worst experience evert. Here is the complete story:

Opened work request through My home warranty American Home Shield on December 1 for my gas furnace, unfortunately tgey assigned AirMax Heating and Colling to my service reques.

They came and failed to identify the issue, they said lets change the filter and it will work. Issue was not resolved and still not getting heat.

Reopen my case again and their technician came and this time they found out inducer is not working and item was on back orde. So it was great opportunity for them to make money and charge Home warranty and me. Since home warranty people are not expert to ask why you are charging these items ( see list below per items and cost), my home warranty didn't accept to pay and was included in my policy so I have to pay for all. We were without heat for a week in the below zero weather conditions in holidays. Worst experience ever. Please respect yourself and never contact them.
