Jason, the AirMax Technician, was punctual and efficient as well as knowledgable and friendly. He worked hard to diagnose the problems with my furnace. The company in general I found to be very respectful to me as the customer. They really worked around my work schedule to ensure timely service request. I HIGHLY recommend AirMax!

This company is very considerate, The owner came out to my home personally to inspect a problem I was having found out it was electrical and still attempted to remedy the problem. I was very pleased with his manners and willingness to help me. He ended up having to refer me out. And because I was upset at the other company I made a HUGE mistake by giving this company a horrible review on another web site that said "They were going through my stuff smh" I caught the other company going through my fridge on my camera and it infuriated me. The company did a follow up call and Mike spoke to me more concerned about my poor experience than my mistaken review. He was relieved and I have been trying to figure out a way to take it away from his undeserving company. Thank you Mike for reaching out to me and listening to my rants. I appreciate you and wish you nothing but the best!

Everyone I dealt with at Airmax was amazing. They were quick to get a tech out to my house and quick to help me fix my heating problems. The tech who came out Jason was top notch. Brandon came out and fixed a problem with my A/C unit in record time when finding out that there were people in the home with medical issues that would not be able to do well in the heat wave we've been having!

Have tenants and their furnace had become inoperable in the last couple of days, called over to AirMax this morning (as I've had them do work in the past installing furnace and A/C's in my properties) and let them know I was having a problem, and the tenants were using their oven to keep warm. The fit me in right away and sent one of their techs over in 2 hours. He fixed it in about 6 minutes flat and their house is as toasty as ever. Apparently airflow is pretty important in these things.
For the speed, knowledge, and friendliness of the tech, a service call fee is cheap! Much appreciated!

My home warranty company sent Air Max out to address a cooling issue I was having. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. They arrived within the window they gave me. Also, they called ahead and texted ahead, as promised. They were able to resolve my issue quickly. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He explained some ways to maintain my unit and extend its life. We also discussed what will happen when it eventually gives out for good. My unit is 20 years old. So, it will go eventually. But, I feel much better knowing what to expect.

Jason was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and really taught me what was going on with my AC. He would not leave until he felt the he got the issues resolved. If I have any other issues with my heat or air. I would love for him to sent to me home.
